Great instructor. Always calm and makes you feel really comfortable. Ed doesn't just teach you to pass your test he teaches you to drive. Happy I chose ed and would recommend to anyone first time lear...

Today I passed my driving test and it's all thanks to Ed Boakes, not only did he provide me with the correct information and resources he ensured that I had confidence in myself. My lessons with Ed were always full of laughs and he truly is a great instructor.

A lesson with Ed was never a boring one! I was a very nervous learner after giving up on learning when I was 17 due to sheer terror of being on the road with other cars. After a 15 year gap, I decide...
A lesson with Ed was never a boring one! I was a very nervous learner after giving up on learning when I was 17 due to sheer terror of being on the road with other cars. After a 15 year gap, I decided to learn again and I could not have been happier with my choice of instructor. Ed immediately put me at ease and worked with me at a comfortable pace, but also at times pushing me out of my comfort zone in order to progress, always with the steady reassurance that I could do it! He not only taught me how to drive, but taught me how to drive well! He was patient with my hectic work schedule and always fitted me in when he could. He was also very patient with me!! Lol We had a lot of giggles along the way and I will definitely be back for my pass plus! A brilliant instructor and one I will never hesitate to recommend!! Thanks Ed!!! ��

With thanks to ed, not only did I learn how to pass my test, but learn how to drive. Excellent teacher and would definitely recommend to any nervous drivers.

Great instructor, he never shouts and is always calm. Definitely teaches you how to drive properly, not just how to pass your test.

I have now been driving for about a month and I couldn't feel more confident thanks to Ed. He is extremely reliable and makes you feel confident and passionate about learning to drive! Wouldn't of gone with anyone else! I also managed to pass my test first time with only 3 minors!

A lesson with Ed was never a boring one! I was a very nervous learner after giving up on learning when I was 17 due to sheer terror of being on the road with other cars. After a 15 year gap, I decided to learn again and I could not have been happier with my choice of instructor.
