Tim is an exceptional driving instructor and I am very fortunate to have found him. Before having driving lessons with Tim, I had previously had unsatisfactory and unsuccessful lessons which had resulted in 2 failed driving tests. This led to a gap of several years before attempting driving lessons again. I was quite sceptical and somewhat nervous when restarting lessons. Tim made me feel very comfortable and gave me confidence which grew stronger with each lesson. Tim was evidently on my side from the very start and I felt that we were sharing and enjoying my improvement. Tim helped me to become more focused and had a very measured approach, providing great insight into how I could improve and judging perfectly what road discipline was needed. Learning with Tim was really enjoyable, he instilled great confidence in me and has provided me with life long driving skills. I passed my test first time, and I felt that Tim prepared me so well for the test. There was always certain elements of my driving which were tackled in each lesson, and the learning sheets he provided me with were very useful. Tim has taught my brother and based on his recommendation I learnt with him as well. He is a great instructor, always has a structured lesson plan, calm and encouraging and always provides constructive criticism. My brother and I both passed first time within 3/4 months. We both did Pass Plus with Tim which I would really recommend if only to get motorway experience. He also has good knowledge of the different test centres within the area.
