Will was a great instructor and was very adaptive in his feedback if I didn't get something he was explaining to me. Ultimate's learning material is also very good as they have videos online that you can view if you are struggling with anything. Having my mock test with a different instructor, Richard, was also very useful as it was a good way for me to experience what the test was like. Such a great experience learning with Ultimate Driving. Always encouraged when something went well and given clear steps on how to improve so I was fully confident by the time I took my test. Richard was very helpful, giving me routes to practice in my own time to help me pass as soon as possible, and always nice in our lessons :) having a different instructor for the mock prepared me for the real one and Will was also very nice and clear with what I needed to work on.
