It has been a great privilege to have him as my instructor. He is very friendly and patient, ensuring that his pupil learn and improve. He used to point out my mistakes and provide me with methods to improve.The teaching lessons were well-structured and I could experience the progress as each class advanced. At the end of each class, I felt more confident about passing the test.
A huge thanks to Shin for being a wonderful mentor and friend. I would happily recommend Shin and D&D for anyone! 👍

I passed my driving test this morning with massive thanks to Richard! Iv been taking lessons with Richard for just under a year, and I've gained so much confidence with him through the last few month...
I passed my driving test this morning with massive thanks to Richard! Iv been taking lessons with Richard for just under a year, and I've gained so much confidence with him through the last few months. He is an excellent instructor, so down to earth, lovely and chatty but firm with the structure of lessons, and a great person with a lovely personality. I got on really really well with him, and learnt so much. I was a very nervous driver when I started, and I've gained so much confidence, so I couldn't thank Rich enough for everything he did for me. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can, I love that about him, he always finds time.
Rich is a great assesset to D&D, I couldn't have been happier with my results today and the instructor.
I will be back for my pass plus lesson, and see you out on the roads!

Couldn’t recommend ‘Duke & Duchess’ anymore. They’re incredible! My experience with Rich as my instructor has been one of a kind, his quality of teaching is impeccable and I can’t thank him enough. I will now be continuing with ‘pass plus’.

I used Richard as my instructor for around 8 months. As soon as I got in the car for the first time he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. This carried on all the way until I passed my test. Would recommend Richard to anyone. Thanks again

What a great instructor. Always accommodating to fit lessons in when it fitted with busy parent lifestyles, (even helped with the school run!). Style of training was friendly but strict (if that makes sense?) always looked at getting the best out of learner in a way that focused on the end result. Very knowledgeable of what examiners looked for and ensuring that once passed safe driving was essential. Can’t thank Julia enough, two of our family passed through her excellent tuition. Would be the first to recommend her. Thank you so so much.

Professional punctual instruction. Excellent clear compassionate communication put me at ease and meant I wasn't flustered at the wheel. Would highly recommend as a driving school can not fault the level of care, time spent explaining and attention to detail from my instructor , even when I couldn't quite get the hang of a manoeuvre. If you want to be a confident driver when you pass.... Use this driving school you won't regret it! Thanks guys.. I'm now a fully fledged driver : )

I learnt was a complete driving novice; hadn't touched a car in my life and yet Donna was so friendly, patient, understanding and incredibly informative when it came to the lessons. I personally found her absolutely fantastic both as a person and as a instructor; you can have a laugh with her, and a genuinely good time whilst learning at the same time. Even if you make mistakes ( which I did many a time) she doesn't ever make you feel stupid and simply explains why what happened, happened.
I'm writing this nearly coming onto 3/4 of a year on from when I passed and i still remember the times I had and genuinely miss them. If anyone comes up to me asking about where to get lessons from around Bedford, I would never hesitate to recommend Donna or even Duke & Duchess as a whole if they live elsewhere.
Once again Donna thank you so much for the lessons and the great times I had.

It has been a great privilege to have him as my instructor. He is very friendly and patient, ensuring that his pupil learn and improve. He used to point out my mistakes and provide me with methods to improve.The teaching lessons were well-structured and I could experience the progress as each class advanced. I passed my driving test this morning with massive thanks to Richard! Iv been taking lessons with Richard for just under a year, and I've gained so much confidence with him through the last few months. He is an excellent instructor, so down to earth, lovely and chatty but firm with the structure of lessons, and a great person with a lovely personality. What a great instructor. Always accommodating to fit lessons in when it fitted with busy parent lifestyles, (even helped with the school run!). I learnt was a complete driving novice; hadn't touched a car in my life and yet Donna was so friendly, patient, understanding and incredibly informative when it came to the lessons.
