As a driving school, driveJohnson’s thinks differently. We genuinely care about our pupils and our aim is to help you pass fast and first time, while making you a safe driver for life. Fast passes are a speciality of ours and so if you’re looking to get on the road quickly, we’re the company for you. We also specialise in intensive driving courses, where you can be passed in as little as 1 week.

terrible service!!! I did not get as far as taking the test because my driving instructor kept cancelling on me or changing times and length of our lessons on hours or sometimes minutes notice. I attached the actual screenshots of messages. We managed to have 2 lessons, 2 hours each. The second one she changed the time (as seen in the photo) but showed up. The third lesson where she texted would be at 12:20 (notified at 12:16) did not turn up at all though we had a lesson booked for that day. That particular lesson was originally agreed for a different time, later in the day, and to last 2 hours giving me 4 minutes notice of the change. The last lesson she cancelled I realised it made no sense and eventually asked for a refund of hours I paid for in advance (actually I asked for a full refund but was denied). I waited for the refund 18 calendar days, would probably wait much longer if I did not make a huge fuss about it. To begin with the manager Ashleigh would ignore my emails where for example I would ask how long it would take for the money transfer (no response for over a week; she already had my bank details at that point). The company denies responsibility saying it was the driver's fault and referred me to their T&Cs telling me how accommodation they were giving my my money back at all. However, no mention about minutes notice cancellations and how it then also breaches their terms and conditions (DJ's require 24 hours notice form their customers). Moreover, said they could not refund me the money sooner because the driver had it all this time. Finally the manager also reported that the instructor said it was me who was not responding to requests to book lessons which is a complete lie! The way I feel about is had it been followed up properly in the first 7 days I would still have had bad experience with the driver but at least would be happy with the support. However, having to chase the manager with numerous phone calls and emails and having to escalate the matter made me realise ending this arrangement was the best decision I could make. Whilst I am happy to finally have my money back I would not advise you to use their services especially if you are paying for your lessons in advance. They will be quick to take the payment (cash to the driver) but you will be lucky if you get to have any lessons and then expect you to be grateful if you manage to get the money back. Read Less
