Paid for a package the 1st 10mins of driving the driving instructor had a nasty attitude,I told the owner im not happy can he exchange the driver ....the reception said all drivers are full booked for the next 3days.....I had no choice bt to cancel the deal ....After i left and canceled the owner phoned and begged me not to cancel,my mind ws made up.As he explain he said im not the 1st person to complain abt this instructor. I ddnt wana hear it I wanted my money back so i can go to where theres service.Date 11th Nov 2017 he said he does refunds on the 10th of every month(He was lying)....Came the 9th Dec i wrote to him asking "are u aware 10th is Sunday"Pay me now cs Sunday ul hv excuse of banks.He ignore my message.....10th Dec morning he said he will pay. Well he ddnt instand he switched off his phone...!! So much for "Support black businesses".
