Poor communication from the business has wasted both time and money. Knowing I had limited time they should have refused me as a client rather than making empty promises that could not be kept. The business needs to improve communication and keep up-to-date with events at the licensing department and inform clients rather than wasting time and money. The fact that I had to pay for all the lessons up front rather than individually leads me to believe that they purposely mislead me in order to make more money. I have had 3 lessons cancelled on me without any prior notification to the arranged lesson time as well as when the lesson will be made up. When meeting with the owner I was met with blatant lies as well as her avoiding the questions I asked directly. I would not recommend using BMS’s services due to their disregard for ethics and exceptionally bad communication with clients. Read Less

Poor communication from the business has wasted both time and money. Knowing I had limited time they should have refused me as a client rather than making empty promises that could not be kept. The business needs to improve communication and keep up-to-date with events at the licensing department and inform clients rather than wasting time and money.
