I had to apply for a Kiwi Access Card, & found that very difficult, at my age
From the attendant at the door, to the staff members at the counter, I encountered nothing but kindness, & professional help. Many thanks to you all. I shall definitely recommend your branch to friends & relatives.

I have had a horrible experience with the AA driving lessons which were taken at AA Shirley. I have gone for my restricted today and failed because my driving instructor taught me everything wrong. As soon as my test finished she said to me I can tell you have had AA driving lessons with Tulsi. Everyone who has had him that I’ve taken has failed. He taught me completely the wrong things, many of which led my driving to be unsafe and wasted me $180. I am extremely disappointed you should have better AA driving instructors who actually know the laws of the road. I will be filing a serious complaint about this. As you have held back a teenager from getting their license and it is disgraceful.

I have had terrible experience at this branch when trying to get my passenger license. I Was served by Keitha and she was not very helpful also did not look through the documents properly was very disinterested in the whole process.
After talking to NZTA I found out that that they should take these documents and had to make another trip

A generous 3 star. Agency suffers from mis-communication. I rang around 5 days before doing my class 6 learner's theory test whether I could make an application and proceed to do the test at the same time (to which the young lady on the phone said 'yes' though somewhat unconfident in tone) I didn't know how the whole process worked so I trusted what she said. I handed in my filled out application on the day and was asked on what time I wanted to book. Shocked to hear that I would have to come back the next week. Luckily Riccarton AA was open that day for a session. Have had a previous bad run with getting my class 1 full here so not really interested in coming back. The Riccarton AA has a much more relaxed, friendly and professional appeal to it. There are some nice workers at the Shirley agency though the dysfunctional and tense element from those I dealt with puts me right off.

I had horrible service and quite a frustrating experience with an Indian guy who wouldn't accept my Id that I had more than enough for and more than the website said was needed told me I would be fine...
I had horrible service and quite a frustrating experience with an Indian guy who wouldn't accept my Id that I had more than enough for and more than the website said was needed told me I would be fine but later turned me down when I couldn't log in to ird or have a bank statement told me to come the next day. I work all week so I don't have time for that he then found that funny won't be coming back.

Today morning i did my overseas license conversation from Anna, I am not sure about her name but she did a fantastic customer service, great knowledge about the product and fast too!!!! actually she is sitting in the AA membership service but she handled my license conversation!!! Great service AA!!!

Shirley's AA centre seems to be especially lacking in terms of their staff attitude. Specifically, one training officer seemed questionable at best for continuously doling out failing marks for unjust...
Shirley's AA centre seems to be especially lacking in terms of their staff attitude. Specifically, one training officer seemed questionable at best for continuously doling out failing marks for unjustifiable reasons. Very eager to intentionally fail applicants and then proceed to promote their driving school. Another staff has also kept 'recommending' (pushing on) unneeded insurance for irrelevant relatives, even after polite declining. Perhaps their staff service has changed over the past year? Best to take your skills to VTNZ, where you won't be scrutinized for perfectly safe and decent driving. Pity the Riccarton AA no longer does practicals.

I have had a horrible experience with the AA driving lessons which were taken at AA Shirley. I have gone for my restricted today and failed because my driving instructor taught me everything wrong. Shirley's AA centre seems to be especially lacking in terms of their staff attitude. Specifically, one training officer seemed questionable at best for continuously doling out failing marks for unjustifiable reasons. Very eager to intentionally fail applicants and then proceed to promote their driving school.
