Very unhappy with this organisation. Not only do they rope you in to having to get a membership to make it even slightly affordable, they have a ridiculous cancellation policy that you need to give 2...
Very unhappy with this organisation. Not only do they rope you in to having to get a membership to make it even slightly affordable, they have a ridiculous cancellation policy that you need to give 24 hours notice even if sick. How many people have crystal balls that allow them to know they are going to be sick 24 hours in advance? If you don't want to lose all your money for the lesson you have no choice but to go along infectious or not. I will certainly try and find an alternative school for my other children. Shame because the instructor is decent.
