Manager was super helpful, clerk was very formal, but fair. All counters were opened (2pm), short waiting time. Little pushy with other products.

Very poor service!! Long wait!! One of the people behind the counter is very rude and goes through your stuff as if you are a criminal! She checked the passport, made a copy , checked the copy and then checked it again as if to see that she can maybe find something else she did not see the first and second time. They take forever filling in a stupid form and then forever entering it in the computer. She is only friendly to her own people and treat others as if they are imbeciles! With all the bad reviews on this site, it is amazing that they haven't done anything to their poor customer service yet!!! Don't want to even give 1 star, but it won't post without it!

Worst AA ever......only one counter works for Dr license.... there are over 10 persons in lone.

Poor customer service and way too slow. Had to go there three times just to book my restricted due to one of the staff members being absolutely inefficient.

30mins per person. If you want to do anything here, plan for 3-4hours. Bring food and water so you don't end up hungry while in the long queue. If you can go to another AA branch, just go.

Only go here if you have a few hours to spare. I spent 2 hours waiting in line with 4 people in front of me. Unfortunately I had to come back the next day so I arrived when it opened at 8:30 and still...
Only go here if you have a few hours to spare. I spent 2 hours waiting in line with 4 people in front of me. Unfortunately I had to come back the next day so I arrived when it opened at 8:30 and still had to wait 30 minutes to serve one person in front of me! We are here to get a license renewed NOT buy insurance or have a conversation. The staff although nice move at a glacial pace.
