Good instructor at the beginning, learnt a lot but as the lessons progressed I felt interest was Lost. On numerous occasions during our lessons his phone would ring aloud, and distract me while I was driving. He would then answer his phone, and speak to whoever it was that had called although these conversations would be short it was distracting me and making me quite nervous due to his lack of concentration. Maybe if I hadn't paid up front in cash there would have been better interest in me as a pupil of Tom's. I have since stopped my lessons with Tom and moved on to a more concentrated instructor.
