Very grateful for all the hard work and time that he gave to me. Times for lessons required flexibility on my part which was never a problem to him. I booked 12 lessons. Had 5 lessons with one instructor who constantly cancelled on me because other people cancelled on him and wasnt worth his while to come to tallaght for me. So i often went 2 weeks between lessons then he went off on holiday for 4 weeks came back and had no appointment for another week. Rang up and asked for a new driver. New driver was better at teaching but came across very rude and sarcastic and i felt so anxious and nervous getting into the car with him as he would make me feel stupid if i made a mistake instead of being reassuring. I finished my 12 but now i need more lessons as my confidence is so low. Wouldnt reccommend to anyone. Read Less

To be honest I don't know where to begin. My driving instructor (Conleth) was awful from start to finish. I don't mean the driving I mean his attitude. When I got into the drivers seat I put on my seat belt and he turned to me and said "did I tell you to do that?" I was so shocked at the way he said it to me I said "what?" To which he replied "I didn't tell you to put your seat belt on". I got smart comments from him for a whole hour. I've lost all confidence in driving now. Rang up to complain and they said they would be in touch but haven't heard anything since and that was more than 2 weeks ago so now I've no choice but to write this review Read Less

I found the whole experience extremely enjoyable, I found the Instructor to be very enthuastic and passionate about educating the class. I would reccomend ISM to everyone wishing to learn to drive any vechicle. Read Less
