I had the worst experience with them. I did 12h lessons which I deeply regret. It was the first time I was driving a car and the instructor during my first lesson was screaming "my Jesus" everytime I did a mistake and complaining about the weather. For the other lessons the instructor missed the class and after he said he went there and didn't see me. But if he didn't see me why he didn't call me to confirm? They asked me to book all the lessons in advance by phone and I did. But I asked them to confirm by email the lessons to avoid confusion and they said they don't book lessons neither give confirmation of class per email. We are in 2018 and they can't send an email? I finished the 12 lessons with them and I discovered with friends that they should have given me the EDT training record and sign it at the end of each lesson. I asked them to sign the book and nothing. I finished the lessons in March and my lessons have not been uploaded to the RSA website yet and I have never seen the EDT training record.
