Really let down by this school. I called to book a pretest a week before I wanted to take the lesson. The day before my booking the lesson was canceled by the instructor. I called the school to arrange another day and was told someone would call me back. 3 days later still no call so I called again in the morning. I was told someone would call me back. By the end of the day I had no call back so I called again and was told someone would call me back. I never received a call. All this time lost left me under a lot of pressure to find another instructor before my test. Instructors and office staff both so unreliable, terrible service. Reply : yes on second thoughts I cancelled as I didn't want to be let down again by an unreliable instructor. I was told 3 times after cancelling that I would get a call back and was never told Andes was the only instructor. Each time I was told they will see if they can book me in with someone else but no one ever called me back. This reply on google was the only reply I got despite 3 attempts to re book. Read Less
