Both professional and friendly. I was with Des, and I've had no issue finding comfort while driving with him. I remember when I couldn't feel at ease driving a car. I had this problem with a driving school prior to this one, and I took it on myself, but Des' patience and collectiveness burned those issues straight off. I would absolutely recommend this driving school.
