I'm glad that I'm a student of Safa Driving School. Mr.Rashid is a great teacher as well as a great instructor. He's a patient and very calm and very knowledgeable person. I'm in phase-3, I finished my car sessions 7 & 8. I learned turning, changing lanes, downtown driving, all parking & highway driving. Now I got the confidence to be an independent driver. I highly recommend it to all people wanting to have their driver's license. Safa driving school will be the best place for you.

Mr. Rasheed is an excellent instructor. He is loyal to his job and teaches well to be a successful and responsible driver. OEA, for instance, is key for a successful driver. He teaches in class material related to this topic but most importantly train you well until OEA becomes part of you while driving. I did pass my knowledge test in one shot, and having the road test soon and I am sure I will pass it easly. It is said:" practice breeds confidence" and Mr. Rasheed had trained me well. The instructor, Mr. Rashid, is not just along for the ride, but always maintains a positive and honest attitude pointing out room for improvement. It’s all about establishing good habits – scanning the environment ahead, reading the signs carefully (and not relying on habit), blind spots, mirrors, safety of yourself and other users, in-vehicle features…
Frankly, many of the regular drivers in Montreal could use a few classes in this school (looking at you, rue Rose-de-Lima!). It is a family-run business which offers a flexible schedule. Overall, warmly recommended.

Safa Driving School was a great companion on my journey of learning to drive. Mr. Rashid, the head instructor, focuses on developing the right habits in his students, preparing them for life-long success on the road. He takes pride in his work; he will not send you for the driving exam unless he thinks you are ready. At the same time, he chooses to earn an honest living; if he advises you to do extra sessions, it's not because he's after your money. After ~25 lessons, I got the go-ahead to take the test. I received the license on the first shot. Thank you for your commitment to imparting the right techniques. I hope you maintain your core teaching values, and I wish you and Safa Driving School continued success,

Honestly a very good driving school, the people there makes sure you pass the driving test at one go. Very honest and dedicated working family running the school.
I just passed my driving exam last week in one try. So basically I took their Dorval 3 hr driving package where Mr.Rashid will show you what to look out for in the exam and which route the instructor will take you. This package pretty much guaranteed my exam.
His road teaching is very helpful and whatever he says is super important for the exam, so keep notes yeah!

Mr Rashid took me out for my second car session even when there were harsh winter conditions and all other driving schools were closed that day. SAFA teaches you everything you need to know and at a much better cost than most driving school's. The teacher Mr Rashid is a very organized, honest and helpful and has me driving confidently after a few car sessions even though I had never driven a car before coming to SAFA.

Today, I had a 2-hour driving session. It was in the rain so Mr.Rashid told me to drive slower and be careful because of the bad weather condition. I practiced my parking (reverse parking, forward parking, parallel parking) and I went on the highway (720). On the highway, you have to keep a constant speed (70km/h) and not cross a double solid line. Some cars do not respect the rules, I saw quite a few today, so you always have to keep an eye on your environment and anticipate. My stopping needs to be improved because I do not stop enough time, and I don't check my side mirror. But overall, I think I improved a lot during 2 hours and I am more confident now.

I highly recommend Safa Driving School, not because they're professionals but also very loyal to their work. Mr. Rashid, the instructor, will help you to grasp each and every technique to how to drive a car. I was a beginner and never touched a car before but from the very first class, I learnt a lot and able to apply it also. This is just because of the way of teaching that Mr. Rashid did.They will allow us to drive in downtown which gives us more confidence and command on driving.

I'm a student from a university in Sherbrooke. The reason why I come to Safa driving school is because it is the best Because they teach you everything you need to know to be a safe driver and they are very flexible. (They always work with your schedule and make it work for you). They also take students driving downtown and on highways and from my experience none of the other driving schools do that and I think that is what makes Safa driving school a unique learning experience.

This driving school is fantastic! I have been putting off doing my license for years and finally decided to do it. I walked in and had a very warm reception and signed up on the spot. we planned out my first month of classes a couple days later and it was very flexible so it did not affect my work.
The classes were informative with a relaxed atmosphere. And i feel very confortable and safe driving only after 4 car sessions. I even got to drive on the highway.
I highly recommend safa driving to anyone looking to get their license in a relaxed yet professional environment.

anyone looking for a good English speaking driving class in central montreal- safa is the place to be!!! Mr. Rashid is dedicated, careful, knoweldgeable, and truly cares about every student separately. The success rate of his class is a good reason alone to join Safa. In my few months driving so far I've increased my understanding of driving as well as my confidence. Mr. Rashid ensures you are ready for anything on the road, from small quiet lanes, to extremely busy intersections such as the Guy Concordia one, making sure you are absolutely ready for the practical test.

Today was my first car session at Safa driving school and during my first car session, I have learned the basic elements of how to drive a car .I have learned how to accelerate/ brake , how to use my signals ,to use the steering wheel and to adjust the rearview mirrors. At first, I was quite nervous because I wasn't sure if i was going to be able to adapt to the driving skills quickly, but it turned out to be a pretty good driving session according to Mr . Rashid and I. I do believe I can work more on the steering wheel . Started off nervous but once i hit the road i felt like a safe driver .I hope to do well in the upcoming driving sessions.I'm glad i chose safa driving as a driving school. Thank you

The Safa Driving School instructor, Mr. Rashid, is an excellent driving instructor and simply loves doing his job! He gives constructive feedback and makes sure you get the theory and the practical maneuvers right. He also motivates you to practice and provides useful tips for all kinds of situations you could encounter on the road network environment. I completed all phases of the full package + 12 extra car sessions and passed both my knowledge test and road test ONE SHOT!! Thanks Safa Driving School!

Just walked away with my driver's license. I did the 12 hour car session with the 3 hour testing practice and nailed it. It is totally worth getting the extra testing package as I knew the entire area...
Just walked away with my driver's license. I did the 12 hour car session with the 3 hour testing practice and nailed it. It is totally worth getting the extra testing package as I knew the entire area before the test. You simultaneously get some very good highway driving practice.

Today I learned how to parallel park in just one car session and I also got to do it 6 times I recommend you to go to safadrivingSchool you won't regret it.

I'm glad that I'm a student of Safa Driving School. Mr.Rashid is a great teacher as well as a great instructor. He's a patient and very calm and very knowledgeable person. I'm in phase-3, I finished my car sessions 7 & 8. I learned turning, changing lanes, downtown driving, all parking & highway driving. Now I got the confidence to be an independent driver. Safa Driving School was a great companion on my journey of learning to drive. Mr. Rashid, the head instructor, focuses on developing the right habits in his students, preparing them for life-long success on the road. He takes pride in his work; he will not send you for the driving exam unless he thinks you are ready. Honestly a very good driving school, the people there makes sure you pass the driving test at one go. Very honest and dedicated working family running the school.
I just passed my driving exam last week in one try. So basically I took their Dorval 3 hr driving package where Mr.Rashid will show you what to look out for in the exam and which route the instructor will take you. This package pretty much guaranteed my exam.

Mr Rashid took me out for my second car session even when there were harsh winter conditions and all other driving schools were closed that day. SAFA teaches you everything you need to know and at a much better cost than most driving school's. Today, I had a 2-hour driving session. It was in the rain so Mr.Rashid told me to drive slower and be careful because of the bad weather condition. I practiced my parking (reverse parking, forward parking, parallel parking) and I went on the highway (720). On the highway, you have to keep a constant speed (70km/h) and not cross a double solid line. Some cars do not respect the rules, I saw quite a few today, so you always have to keep an eye on your environment and anticipate. My stopping needs to be improved because I do not stop enough time, and I don't check my side mirror. But overall, I think I improved a lot during 2 hours and I am more confident now.

I highly recommend Safa Driving School, not because they're professionals but also very loyal to their work. Mr. Rashid, the instructor, will help you to grasp each and every technique to how to drive a car. The reason why I come to Safa driving school is because it is the best Because they teach you everything you need to know to be a safe driver and they are very flexible. This driving school is fantastic! I have been putting off doing my license for years and finally decided to do it. I walked in and had a very warm reception and signed up on the spot. we planned out my first month of classes a couple days later and it was very flexible so it did not affect my work.
The classes were informative with a relaxed atmosphere. And i feel very confortable and safe driving only after 4 car sessions. I even got to drive on the highway.
I highly recommend safa driving to anyone looking to get their license in a relaxed yet professional environment.

Today was my first car session at Safa driving school and during my first car session, I have learned the basic elements of how to drive a car .I have learned how to accelerate/ brake , how to use my signals ,to use the steering wheel and to adjust the rearview mirrors.
