This is an absolutely awful driving school. I only signed up with them because they have a location very close to where I live though I regret it now. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on the courses + their textbooks which I haven't even opened. I paid extra for manual driving classes only to find out on my first class (and every single one since) that the car is an automatic.They are disorganized - I used to get called if there if there was a theory class coming up usually a couple of days in advance but now I have to call myself to inquire about their schedule. I've even shown up only to find out class is cancelled or in French and nobody called me. Even the English courses are really an alternation of 50% French, 50% English if you are lucky. Somewhere half through my course they re-structured their course schedule so it's one theory module a month (no notification). Good luck trying to complete the course at this rate before your contract expires and then being told you'll be charged extra (and I quote, go find your contract and come back to talk to us - is this not a change in contract terms?). They call to ask if they can re-schedule my practical class the day of because someone else can't make it for their own slot and 2 hours before the class I'm still not confirmed and don't know if they double-booked. Driving instructors will show up late or just chat and leave you waiting, cutting classes to 45 minutes instead of an hour. Most of their staff is incompetent, have an attitude and do not have your best interest in mind. They are unprofessional, will yell at you, and try to get more money from you. The service was exceptional! I passed my exam with no problems. The teachers and staff were very sympathetic and made me feel really confortable. I recommend Omega Driving school to anyone who needs lessons, and there was no scary person chasing me down either lol!!!! Mon moniteur était super stressant dans les petites rue et sur les artères très achalandés elle ne disait rien. Au bout de 6hrs on me dit que je ne suis pas assez avancé pour continuer je dois payer$$ au moins 3ou4 heures de plus. je leurs dit qu'il me reste encore 6hrs de payés...s'il me manque de la pratique je vais payer après avoir passés mes 6 heures restantes. mais non ça marche pas comme ça, les 6 heures restantes sont pour avancés. Et ah oui les livres ne sont pas inclus et la personne qui m'a inscrit a omis de me le dire ça m'a couté 2 fois 40$+tx . Le COUR théorique n'est pas un cour, c'est 2 ordi de d'époque des dinosaures et tu répond simplement au questions. J'aurais pu faire ça sur le site de la SAAQ. Ah oui il faut la aussi payer$$ pour le livre théorique (recommandé). Alors faite votre avis par vous même, quand a moi ça aura été juste une perte d'argent!!!Read Less
