Good School, Renan is a funny guy with a somewhat questionable sense of humor but he will get you to pass your SAAQ test and not only pass but excel. He will give you confidence and you will want to ride after this. Some people did review them 1 star but honestly if you do attend all your classes and pay on time, you will not have any problem with them. They are great teachers and skilled instructors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dealing with this school was a nightmare from the very first point of contact until the last. In my opinion, the owner has a salesman like charisma, but lacks the ability to be humble. When faced with issues that his school created, the blame was immediately placed on me, the client. For example, I was told the wrong date for my theoretical class, and when calling the owner outside of the locked office, I suddenly was a “liar” and “should not assume things”. Again after booking my closed-circuit classes and told that I had a specific due date to place my payment, I received an email a week before said due date stating that I was bumped to make room for others who placed their payment. When confronting the school on their contractual obligation to have a place open for me since their receptionist and confirmation email did not inform me that it was a “first come first serve basis” I was told “well you should have paid sooner… we assumed you were not going to show up”. Frustrated after taking days off of work to complete this course, I reached out to the owner and was greeted with a rude and aggressive reply stating that I never had a spot secured to begin with and told me to go to another school if I was not happy. After he denied me a refund, I presented my legal options (small claims court) to resolve this matter in which he responded with “you should know bikers aren’t keen on getting threatened”. I was so excited to get my motorcycle license, and since starting this course with this school I have lost all interest in completing it. Sometimes a good deal is too good to be true. Trust me and go to a reputable school. Update since your first response: Wow, another lie. The last I heard from you (after you threatened me), you sent me a letter to cease and desist, asking me to take down my review or you would be taking legal action against me. As I have stated, EVERYTHING is documented on my end. In the meantime, I am still waiting for my $250 refund...
