AWFUL Driving school, my father left his phone in the back of his car a few days ago and we kept calling him to tell him we need to pick it up. He kept giving him the runaround despite calling him many many times, I finally called him to tell him I would need to get the phone asap and he told me to call him later- which is insane because he's been saying that for a few days without giving us any information on when or where we can get it. I told him then that I would need to get the phone by tomorrow or id have to file a report about my phone being missing because my phone has my banking information and A LOT of sensitive information and receives a lot of important calls regarding my immigration status and lawyer. He absolutely lost his mind and started screaming at me and then screamed at my father about my attitude when I actually just told him id NEED to report the missing phone. Then he screamed at me to pass the phone to my father who he started complaining to me about (which is insane considering he has no right to hold a phone hostage. And I said something really standard and true, if my phone remained unreturned to me I would HAVE to file a missing phone report.) and telling my father that his son would never talk to my father that way which is crazy because my father isn't holding HIS phone hostage for several days. I have the entire phone call recorded. We've been asking him to send me the address I can get my phone since yesterday when he said he would give me the address but he never did. When he finally did today, he told me I had to get it IMEDIATELY now (even though I asked to get it tomorrow when I could pick it up) which is also incredibly inconsiderate considering metro strikes this November and the metro would be down in 45 minutes so if have to go all the way across the island then come home within 45 minutes (impossible where I live). Mind you, I have call logs and recorded phone conversations. Showing he lost his shit first when I just told him id have to fill a missing phone report. He's otherwise unprofessional, lies about having clients or being busy (I have heard his wife and child in the background of phone calls when he claims he is working). During classes he will take personal calls often, and go on personal anecdotes instead of teaching. Genuinely one of the worst instructors and worst driving schools, I'm surprised he's still even allowed to teach or operate a business (a business I'm pretty sure has just one employee btw- him). Genuinely just go elsewhere, do yourself a favor and don't associate with such a crap person like him. He's the type to call this review a lie too, but I have EVERY call recorded (which is allowed in Montreal, due to one-party consent laws regarding recording conversations, which means you can as long as YOU are part of the conversation). Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Aggressive is how I can only describe him. Read Less
