I passed my G road test on November 30th, 2023. My examiner was Ms. Namjot. She is really awesome and very professional. She is very knowledgeable and skilled drive test examiner. She described me all the rules and regulations so nicely. I am so happy to pass the test.

Absolutely atrocious. The workers show attitude at everything you say. They purposely make you wait 30+ min AFTER your drive test appointment so that you leave and they keep the money. This place definitely needs to get their act and management together unless they want to go out of business - even though it seems they don't care if they do go out of business.

We could get into how rude and terrible the instructors and workers are. We could get into how horrible they treat their paying test takers (many of them young and already nervous). Or, how they demand you show up 30 minutes prior to your scheduled test yet do not plop their ass in your passenger seat until an hour late.
However, I believe everyone else on here has done a great job doing that for me, especially the guy who said: "I would hate my life too if I was a driving instructor". Really, that sums up this whole organization, especially at the Windsor location.
I am only left wondering how the higher-ups have continuously stood idly by as negative review after negative review is posted without investigating to see if these claims are true.
Let's be honest; are all these bad reviews from upset 16 and 20-year-olds who failed their tests? Really? Every single one of them? Or, is it more likely that this organization employs inept halfwits who develop a scene of grandeur and become drunk with the only power they were ever given in their life; the power to make you pay $89.00 again for another shot at your license.
Think about it. Are one thousand people here wrong? Or, is it just the momos at the Dive Center who are terrible human beings? If you think I am over exaggerating, go there and sit. Take it all in. You will soon come to the realization that living in Berlin during the winter of 1944-45 was a more peaceful and pleasant experience then suffering through this mess of a Drive Test center. If you want the full experience, book a road test and watch as your will to live is ripped out of your soul and you are left wondering if walking around for the rest of your existence is a more viable option then spending one more second in a car with Satan him (or her, to be progressive) self.
Well hey, at least they keep their waiting room clean... Kinda.
P.S. Go to Chatham. Same blockheads on a power trip, but their fail ratio is slightly less than these beavers.

Visited this DiveTest both this last summer and this winter. Summer was a terrible experience with 3-4 hour wait times. Much better the last 2 times I went. I took my D road test twice, and had Patty both times. She was very professional and I found her calming. Overall a good experience here and I find staff do a good job.

Helping my grandma to do a senior driver test today, we show up on test day and been told that it is not on their system. Apparently someone book a class session instead of the road test.
Trying to re-book the road test and they told me I need to get permission from the ministry of transportation and gave me a number to call. When I get home only to find out that they gave me the wrong number. So we have to visit the ministry of transportation in person.
After all the paper work is sort out...we have to go back to re-book and wait for another hour to book the appointment...even though we wait a long time in the morning already.
This place really need better service/training...they made so many errors and we have to suffer for their mistakes. definitely need more people working here.
If I could I really would give them a 0 star. especially it is a government agency.

We were there in August 2017 for driving Licence Exchange, the place was extremely busy... we arrived around 10:30 and were served at 4:30. They put a sing “no tickets” around 1 pm. Next time we were there in February 2018. What a change ! We arrived around 11:30, got a ticket and .... were served right a way. There were no more than 5 people at all. I passed the written test quick and got my temporary G1 driving Licence right a way. When back home I found out that I cannot book a road test with temporary expiration date, so we had to come back around 4pm same day .... and once again - we waited around 5 min to be served. Ladies were friendly and nice. So it seems that summer is very “hot” time for them. Probably it’s the reason why they don’t hire more people.

They need to place a camera in each car so they can prove if a person really failed. YES ITS THAT BAD.. PEOPLE WORK HARD TO MAKE MONEY AND THIS THIEF'S TAKE IT FROM US LIKE IT'S NOTHING. STOP THIS MADNESS.

Number machine was wide open, with a letter stating that basically they didn't have enough time in their business hours to serve everybody's needs. A gentleman, had thankfully told me what I needed to do, after he told me he had been there waiting since 9AM, and they stopped supplying tickets at 1130AM, it was 130PM! Absolutely unreal.
Way understaffed, they won't even look at you unless you have a number in your hand, I don't expect to walk into a place and be treated like a number, I expect to be treated like a human.
Not even sure how you could even give one star

I would rather have my kidney removed then to spend a minute here. I'm so glad my $120 licence, $120 sticker and all my road test fees are helping making this place so enjoyable. It resembles more of an internment camp then a government office.

This has to be one of the worst locations I have ever been too. Why has no one from Corporate investigated this location with all the terrible reviews? We all cannot be making this up. There is a minimum 3 hour wait. 2 employees running the windows. Most of the employees look like they do not want to be there or under paid so they are not motivated to work. They do not give you correct information for the first visit which makes us return maybe 2 or 3 more times. People have jobs and lives to live then to sit in this place for several hours to watch employees talk and be rude to customers. Some much needed customer service training is needed. I also have to return for a 4th time. This time I will go to the Brampton Location instead.

Went to go write my G1 and they said they close at 5:00, I got there and they proceed to tell me their closed meanwhile it's only 3:00 due to a lot of people, I understand there's a line of people but...
Went to go write my G1 and they said they close at 5:00, I got there and they proceed to tell me their closed meanwhile it's only 3:00 due to a lot of people, I understand there's a line of people but you close at 5, not 3. Many people will likely be in and out by 5:00. Not only that but the attitudes are extremely poor and rude. I was not impressed at all. Hopefully the next time I go I'll actually be able to write my test and not be told they're closed, If you feel you have too many people then don't put an exact time perhaps let people know there may be a wait time which may result them to close earlier than the posted time, that would help with upset customers and bad reviews.

Absolutely atrocious. The workers show attitude at everything you say. They purposely make you wait 30+ min AFTER your drive test appointment so that you leave and they keep the money. Visited this DiveTest both this last summer and this winter. Summer was a terrible experience with 3-4 hour wait times. Much better the last 2 times I went. I took my D road test twice, and had Patty both times. She was very professional and I found her calming. Overall a good experience here and I find staff do a good job.

We were there in August 2017 for driving Licence Exchange, the place was extremely busy... we arrived around 10:30 and were served at 4:30. They put a sing “no tickets” around 1 pm.
