This business must be out of business! I've called almost every day! Goes to voicemail but you can't leave any voicemail because that mailbox is always full! Stay away from this business! Pay the extra $50.00 and go elsewhere! I also want to inform anyone who has gone through or are currently going through the same issue to call the Ministry of transportation regarding this school! My daughter was never registered with the ministry when the owner / instructor should have registered her 5 days from when I signed my daughter up for drivers ed with this school! Read Less

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!Chris is kindly but always postpones your in-car training because his car was broken or he wasn't in his office or he was driving etc.In last two months, I just took two in-car classes; moreover, almost every two weekdays I called him, he rarely answered it. If he answered the phone, he always had some excuses to postpone the class or told me that he would call me back. Horrible experience. Keep postponing the scheduled driving lessons, have to call sereval times before can make an appointment. I enrolled june just done my last lesson this morning. Very unproffesional keep coming late on lessons. It will be ok for me if it happened only once but happened all the time. I don't intend to derogate reputation of this school I am just hoping that I will be last student that will experince these nightmares of begging to finish driving lessons. Read Less

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL! This place does not even deserve the 1 star. Please do not go for the reviews on google because all his reviews with 5 stars are false. This was by far the worst experience ever. The instructor is extremely rude, has no value for your time and is never available. He will never be available to give you time for on-road classes. He is always busy, and he is always forgetful. He will book appointment for on-road classes and forget all about it and when you would call him when he doesn't show up he'd always be busy with something else and make up some reason. I am being generous by giving two stars but hear me out. I was drawn to this driving school due to the great reviews on google but slowly, they started showing their colours. Chris, who I thought was very professional, rarely gives a call back. I had to call him so many times and leave messages and once in a blue moon he would reply back. I had to move to a different city, so I have tried calling him so many times to see if he has completed my papers and it's been 2 months, i did not hear from them. Yeah, the office is great, there is a system in place but the people make the business not the facility and I regret to say this the staff is quite unprofessional and I would not recommend them unless you want to get frustrated. Lack of professionalism and would not recommend. Signed up for 1 hour in car practice and renting the car for the G2 test. Had the in car with the owner. During our 1 hour, instructor has to drop off his phone off takes 10 minutes. I paid for the 1 hour in car, couldn't you do this another time? Go to the drive test centre, and unfortunately there's a delay with the testers which we weren't told. The test is delayed by 45 minutes, we wait, not anyone's fault, things happen. What's unprofessional is when the instructor can't wait, is about to leave AND won't return the money for the car rental fees, saying he waited for an hour that's not his problem. I had to beg him to get only $25 of the $40 fee back. He leaves, and by the time my delayed in car exam arrives and I have to call my mom to send in her car.You cannot do this when running a business, shit happens but you as a service provider have to adapt to situations to provide quality customer service to the customer. If you provide quality customer service regardless of situations like these, you'll retain a customer like me for future endeavours. There are plenty of things you could do to when this happens, i.e. call one of your other instructors to pick up your student.Would not recommend this to anyone. Read Less
