Thanks to Alex I was able to pass my G road test the day before my G2 license was set to expire. I had very little experience with driving since getting my G2 as I had not been driving in my day to day life. I was concerned that my G2 would expire or I’d fail the test due to my lack of experience and I would have to start all over again from the G1 test. Alex was quickly able to identify what I needed to work on and in a few weeks I had everything I needed to succeed in the G road test and I passed. He also helped me determine the best place to book the test and allowed me to use his car for the test. And He keeps his car in great condition! I had the pleasure of taking driving lessons from Alex and it was well worth it. Alex is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He also has a great personality and is very patient. Did his own errands on MY time and took phone calls on MY time on top of being late for the lesson. I was polite enough not to say anything.I went going by the ''good'' reviews and was disappointed to meet and impatient and inconsiderate ''instructor'' who argued with me.Who argues with their students?Don't waste your time and energy on this ''driving school'' instead go to government proved driving school. Just a quick review and a big thanks to Alex. I first contacted him last Thursday about my G driving exam. Now less than one week later here I am with my full G license at my first attempt. He is very patient, easy to deal and understand and will help you during the lessons so you can feel comfortable and safe for the test. I'd been sitting on a G2 license for years simply because I was too nervous to attempt the G test! So when the time for renewal came, I knew it was critical for me to quickly find an instructor with a excellent track record, and one that could rid me of the bad driving habits I'd picked up over the years (yes, I have a bit of a lead foot!).After spending hours browsing websites and lots of phone calls to various schools in my area, I finally found Alex. Alex impressed me from the get-go as he was the only one to provide accurate information on what steps to take to renew my license (which was expiring that very day!), where to book, and how soon he could schedule me in for a lesson.As far as instructors go, I couldn't ask for anyone better than Alex. He was punctual, patient and professional! Alex gave me the confidence to drive and to drive safely. As a nervous driver, it took me a long time to warm up to the road. Alex had the difficult task of being repetitive, strict, and above all, patient. We focused on turns and lane changes, which were my weak points, and parallel parking is now a piece of cake. In fact, we needed to try different methods to get things down pat -- including writing notes down on paper.After lots of hard work and Alex's help, I passed my G2.
