Terrible. I took one lesson from them and the instructor would not let me drive at all! He kept his hand on the wheel the whole time telling me not to touch the steering wheel to tight (since he wanted to drive) Did this in the parking lot. David's Academy is extremely unhelpful and it's workers are quite rude. About two weeks ago I tried to sign up for driving lessons on a Monday. I received an automated email telling me to show up for classes 10 minutes before on the day I sighed up for (Monday) though their classes were only offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This was misleading, and as I did not sign up for classes to begin with, I signed up for driving lessons, this was wrong. When I called their contact number the person on the phone told me they would get a driver to contact me, taking down my information. Two weeks later I had heard nothing, so I contacted them again today. I was in the middle of explaining my situation to the person on the phone when they put me on hold without warning, and a minute later someone new was on the phone asking me how they could help me, as if the first person who rudely put me on hold had never answered to begin with. As I told them I had just been rudely put on hold, the first woman came back and I then explained that I had changed my mind about seeking lessons with them, they yelled "GOODBYE" and hung up. There was a very rude female working there on Monday July 25th around noon, and I hope she is reprimanded for her nasty conduct. I found this entire experience with David's Academy unprofessional and unreliable, with a poor excuse for customer service, and I will not be calling again.
