Very rude call centre staff. Long wait times, and when you do finally speak to someone, they are very rude, abrupt, and poorly trained. I recommend taking a local course, from a company that has better customer service, the same accreditations, and is cheaper.

They are way too expensive, more than twice the price of any other school and they don't refund you for lessons if the instructor is a no show
