Have been sitting here for approx 2 hrs now. Just want to write the test and the test room with 8-10 computers in it basically sits empty!!! Have only seen one to two people in there at any given time! Need a better system here!!! Read Less

I have positive experience with this drive test center. My exam exactly started on the scheduled appointment time. All the staff in the center were friendly with a smiling face. My examiner was Kriste. She was professional, polite and gave clear instructions well ahead of time. She made the drive test experience a lot less stressful that it actually was. The new system for taking your road tests it really good and makes the service faster. But going to the counter, that could take a bit more longer. Overall pretty decent service when it's not that busy. Wish there where more seats available tho... Read Less

How absolutely disgraceful that an important public service like road tests have been given to the private sector. I went with a friend who needed his G license test done. I was good topped at the level unprofessionalism . Their uniforms were a mess. Everyone we dealt with were rude, inappropriate and cold. I thank God I had my testing done over 30 years ago,in this country and abroad and never imagined new drivers having to deal with this. My very competent friend was denied his G due to lack of use of mirrors! Total rubbish. But he was reassured that he can PAY and retake his test in as little as 10 days. I failed my G full with a ginger old lady who yelled at me before the test even started and then the whole way. She forced me to change lanes before intersection when it was unsafe. And then said that I am a good driver but try again. Read Less

I never had such a terrible experience before. There was no help desk ( they should have a Help desk!!!!)and the staff was extremely rude. Small building full of people and only 2-3 servers. Nowhere to sit, had to stand and wait for 3 plus hours for our turn. Average wait time was 2-3 hrs. It was worse than a 3rd world country office. I wouldve given it a negative rating if it I had that option. Cant believe that I was in Canada. Horrible!!! Read Less

Worst experience ever never thought of having this experience before. Total racism from the instructor. Before even I start my test she asked my name usually I say it arun and I spell it she rudely replied I didn't ask u to spell it. What she think she's a police officer.She was yelling at me for not changing the lane as it wasn't safe to do . However she was the one told me to do it when it's safe. And there was another guy instructor yelling at a lady for practising in the parking lot. If it's not allowed then there's a word called politeness be polite and gentle. What has gone wrong With these people(instructors). Please be Advise don't choose this location. Read Less

Service is so slow, you might want to have food with you for the whole day. No kidding!! On top of of it all , you might not even accomplish what you need to do , within one day. A One star review is even a little too much. Understaffed and overworked employees. This is really the worst ACMZ driver's licence renewal I ever had in my 25 years in this great country! After 7.5 hours I had to leave, so I don't miss my son's school pickup time. At the time I had finished my written test and I was just waiting for the results for a good four hours!!! I would say that there is not all the employees fault in this case, it's a mixture of bad management and not enough drive centres around Ontario with the growing population these days. On the other hand the employees could work at little faster and probably improve the system which they use to process all the people. I have to go back but if I had my way of doing things, I wouldn't go back there and for sure I'm not going back there ever again for a license renewal. It takes a lot to piss me off and to leave a bad Google review and this is the second time ever I leave a bad Google review. Read Less
