Man.... how do i even start... Naveed is literally the most awesome guy out there, driving school was not only challenging but he made it fun and memorable. I was able to learn so much and in doing the driving classes with him, helped me even more. Don’t trust most of these 5 stars review because the instructor forces us to give him a 5 star review for bonus marks. This driving school should be named as No Star Driving school due to their poor service and business ethics. I started my in-class lesson back in April 30th 2017 and was not able to get my G2 until Dec 1st 2017. During the 7 months period, there were countless times of cancellation from variety of excuses made by Naveed, the driving instructor. He has used any excuses you can think of: car broke down, brake is broken, out of the country, and family emergency. Whenever you try to reschedule a new lesson his typical response would be, “I am teaching someone right now let me text you back by the end of tonight” and “let me call you at 7pm” etc. It was almost impossible to reschedule and 90% of the time he would never text you back! I paid for package 2 that cost $600 dollars with 20 hours in class, 11 hours on road lessons, and the use of instructor car on the date of the test. The most absurd thing was that Naveed gave me some poor excuse on charging me a $55 dollars sub charge because My G1 was written in downtown and he had to schedule my G2 test in Newmarket. His reasoning was that it was for the distance of travel for booking my test to Newmarket. I don’t understand why I had to be charged since my package already includes the use of instructor car. I had no choice but to pay the fee since he would not let me take the test unless I paid. I couldn’t believe he asked me to write him a good review after I passed. I can tell he was concerned with the recent reviews left from the other students since they also had bad experiences. How am I supposed to write a good review when he is super unorganized and loves to belittle his students with his stereotypical jokes? Yes, he knows his stuff but due to the way he treats his students and his excuses of delaying lessons after lessons; I would HIGHLY ADVISE anyone to NOT COME TO HERE. I have been waiting such a long time on writing this review and held back my anger until I passed the test because I could not stand for the way on how they run their business. Truly the worst place to learn on how to drive. Naveed Malik is a scammer! Do not go to his school!! He had canceled my on road teaching several times. When he says he going to call back to reschedule. It means his not going to to call back. Be warned! Go to a different driving school. Also he is extremely racist and tends to us his phone in the middle of class. His teaching is completely unprofessional. When talking about driving he will completely digress from the subject and talk about his family or his problems. Read Less

Although Naveeds teaching skills are mediocre at best, his constant belittling and border line racist remarks make classes uncomfortable. His time management is very unforgiving and childish. To this point, Naveed has cancelled 5-6 of my lessons over the span of 3 months (he cancelled more lessons than giving them) without​ any customer service. At many times Naveed can not call back or pick up when booking a lesson. He doesn't have an agenda and would likely cancel, move, or forget about your lesson without taking in consideration of rebooking, customer service, or respect. Incredibly unprofessional. In car lesson were impossible to book. It took a week for the instructor to get back to my text. When I finally booked a lesson, she cancelled the day before due to a family thing and it took another week at least to get a lesson. During lesson she was pressuring and raised her voice, making me more anxious than I already was. When I tried to book another it took her ANOTHER week to get back to me, she says she'll let me know Wednesday. I never hear from her, so I text her seeing about the lesson and she says she's not working that week because her daughter is sick... even though we spoke that Monday... couldn't she have told me then? Then she gave me the number of my in class instructor who based on my experience seemed just as unprofessional. Complete waste of money. Getting in car with Young Drivers instead. Read Less

I agree with the other reviews that Naveed makes the class interesting and engaging with jokes. However, some of these jokes are targeted based on your racial or education background that some students might not be comfortable with. The in class lessons are made up of the instructor talking or videos played on the TV. Class starts at 9 and ends at "2:30" (2:00) for Saturday and Sunday classes with an 1 hour lunch break from 12-1. I have not taken the in car lessons yet but the in class lessons are quite informative. Some cons of the class is that he is constantly on his phone answering company calls which might be distracting and that he "screams" in class while teaching. Read Less

This is the absolute worst driving school in the Toronto. Do not waste your money here. I asked for a one hour G lesson to practice going on the highway. We spend over 40 minutes dropping off the person who had their lesson before me, and never ended up going on the highway. If you only need 1 lesson, they do everything possible to push you to pay for more. Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs.Read Less

Naveed is the best teacher I have ever had. He made 5 hours a day of, normally considered boring, material very entertaining. The in-car lessons with Naveed Jr. were very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone I know. Read Less

The All Star Driving School in Markham is fantastic. Naveed, my teacher, did a great job getting the whole class involved through the use of his upbeat and friendly personality as well as his unique way of teaching. He makes learning interesting and has funny stories to keep you motivated to learn and become a great driver. Not gonna lie, the first day I got to class I thought that I was going to be bored out of my mind and hate my life for having to spend my weekends in school. WAS I EVER WRONG!! Every class was more interesting then the last, It was so much fun. Naveed made boring and dry material interesting by keeping us entertained the entire class.
