a woman showed no respect (review in September 2015) revised after two years. Their rudeness beyond your every single imagination. I went there for another time for a M1 test, I brought my mom and her friend to get a G1 test too, well, three of us occupied three “staffs” of them and because my parent could not speak English I had to run and translate, I knew they will be mad cuz they are always rude but I still didnt imagine how rude can a person be, I mean in China, I haven’t had ever encountered any staff talk like this: “ all three of you are wasting everybody’s time and three of our staffs and the entire lobby are waiting for just three of you.” What can I say? I was shocked, I was like, I can’t talk, I feel speechless, things like racist, discrimination, embarrassed, or mad , angry, there was no word can describe my feeling at that moment, I was just shocked and stood there, I can’t believe the staff can say this, guys please, please, I knew they are gonna be rude, but I didn’t know will be this rude. I’m shocked until today, I can not forget about this in my entire life. We paid 13% tax to the Ontario government and get f*** by them, I travelled the world, I’m from “developing country” China, I never experienced and expected any thing so shocking just like this. And by the way, I think I knew that staff, she was the same one to be the rudest TWO years ago when I first time in London getting a G1. (Revised review March 2018.) Read Less

I do not even want to give them a star. VERY VERY RUDE STAFFS. We recently moved to London and I dont like Onatrio already. All of the staffs were very rude, and didn’t apologize when the staff made a mistake. We went in yesterday with a missing file(we recently moved, we didn’t know what we needed to take with us), then the staff rudely threw my Id card to me. Today I went again, they made me wait for so long, then the staff made a mistake. He made us go back AGAIN and told us to WAITE AGAIN until he finishes his break. Are you serious? If they apologized to us right away when we approached them, I wouldn’t have been this angry. They DID NOT APOLOGIZE for making a mistake, wasting my time, and not only that, all of the staffs were rude. I wish all the customers complain and wish all those rude staffs take a course or something in order to learn how to treat customers. Read Less

I visited DriveTest a couple of times to exchange my American license for its Ontario counterpart and both visits went extremely well. I was helped within two minutes of coming in, every staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and the entire visit lasted about 15 or 20 minutes. I was able to go during the afternoon on a weekday, so that probably helped keep the wait time down, but I would trade this place over an American DMV any day! What a positive and easy experience! Don’t know what all the complaining is about. There were plenty of kiosks open. The only complaint I had was finding the place. Wrote for m1 and walked in at 1:45pm, wrote test after paying, finished test and was out by 2:30. Kiosk guy was a blast, humourous and congenial. Top ratings for my experience. Maybe all the griping got through to someone. Read Less

Way above my expectation. The staff were fast and polite and lightened the atmosphere with a little humour. Paula was my examiner and I have to say she is an angel. I was so nervous but she calmed me down with her smile and friendliness. The test was a breeze compared to the terror I expected it to be. We literally were done under 15mins. I definitely recommend taking the test in London, especially for residents of London. It's way easier than you think. Paula if you're reading this, thank you! Read Less

Its so nice not having a choice of locations in the city of London. There should be 10 of these places in this city. I loath the thought of walking through those doors. Less Ontario, More Service.

Out of there visits here, two were horrible, one was normal. I came around 3pm on a Tuesday and was told that their system was down and they are not taking anymore customers. I was told to come back tomorrow. I came the next day and there was a large number of people waiting. Sure enough, it seems their system continued to be down. I was lucky enough to get a number before they covered the machines with "Out of Service" signs minutes after I grabbed my ticket at 1pm. They had three agents working for the seven counters that were there. I spoke with other people waiting and they also complained of being treated poorly by the agents. As I waited for over two hours, I myself heard the agents talking down to people who either did not understand due to language barriers or were simply not informed. One male agent even told a person waiting (who also came two days in a row) that he does not get paid enough for this while rolling his eyes. A place like this, that represents the government of Ontario should be more professional and management should take the numerous poor reviews seriously. This place needs to take an example from the service ontario that is located downtown London where the agents are very professional, polite and helpful.Read Less

I needed a written test. I entered the building, stood in line, after 15 minutes someone told me I should have gone to the kiosk that was situated out of sight behind me to take a ticket. I took at ticket. It was C130. On the monitor two workers were serving C113. There were two workers servicing people who had "A" tickets. There were 17 people head of me and there were two people serving them. I left. At the rate they were going it would be hours before I would be served. There's got to be a better way. Read Less

I went in to the Wellington Drive Test. I waited over an hour for my number to be called. I allowed my licence to expire and was not notified by MTO about this. I have been sent my notice each year for four years of my stickers for licence plates to be renewed. Do not understand why I could not have been afforded the same courtesy for my licence. Notice the personnel at the counters were not very efficient. When I finally had my number called I presented my ID and it was refused. Person at the counter told me they could not accept my ID because my name on my birth certificate did not link to my name on drivers licence. I was given a form to contact agency to get proper ID unless I could present either marriage or divorce certificates.I am 82 years of age and must face doing both the written test and the road test. Now must return to drive centre for the second time. Worst experience I have had and find staff leave a lot to be desired. No courtesy or compassion for a senior citizen faced with an already insurmountable challenge and now must return for the second time to prove my identification. I think seniors in Canada deserve better than a production line type of service and some care and courtesy from their staff. Read Less

I visited DriveTest a couple of times to exchange my American license for its Ontario counterpart and both visits went extremely well. I was helped within two minutes of coming in, every staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and the entire visit lasted about 15 or 20 minutes. I was able to go during the afternoon on a weekday, so that probably helped keep the wait time down, but I would trade this place over an American DMV any day! What a positive and easy experience!
