Only one star because they are reasonably priced but then you get what you pay for. You get terrible customer service: changes in location without being informed, cancellation or no show
of lessons without contact, talking on the phone while suppose to be focussed on the driver, condescending comments and clearly not enough class time to warrant MTO approval. I hate to use a pun but I would steer clear of this driving school. We were very dissatisfied and registered with another reputable driving school which we should have done in the first place. Would have saved a lot of money and frustration.

Interesting experience, hired her to rent a car for my G2 test + a refresher for the route. Arrived 15 minutes later than agreed, did not show me the route, then proceeded to strand me at the driving ...
Interesting experience, hired her to rent a car for my G2 test + a refresher for the route. Arrived 15 minutes later than agreed, did not show me the route, then proceeded to strand me at the driving examiners office after the test. (likely because of double booking) Telling me "you'll need to take a bus home".
Not very professional, unfortunately won't be able to recommend them.

Sara is super patient, experienced, and makes new (and revisiting) drivers comfortable behind the wheel. She knows the Kitchener Drivetest centre well, and offers good tips and advice on improving driving skills and habits. Prices are reasonable and other instructors at the school are also helpful. Scheduling is also flexible and instructors are able to travel to students in the KW area for lessons. In class sessions are carried out in reasonable sized classes, and were informative and easy to understand. Sara was helpful answering questions and guiding student discussions to make the course more enjoyable and valuable.

I went there and i talked with him how to get my licence. He was so rude. He told me that i can't understand u and ur english is poor! I think, he should improve his pronunciation so i can understand...

Sara is the best driving instructor I’ve ever had. I had lessons with 3 other instructors before I went to KW Driving Academy. Sara made sure I was completely prepared before I went to take the G test. She spent a lot of time working with me to become a confident driver and helping me to overcome all of my weaknesses. She also showed me where the test routes are and pointed out where people commonly make mistakes, so I would be thoroughly prepared on the day of my test. Thanks to Sara’s help, I was able to pass the G test on the first try.

Sara is the best driving instructor I’ve ever had. I had lessons with 3 other instructors before I went to KW Driving Academy. Sara made sure I was completely prepared before I went to take the G test. She spent a lot of time working with me to become a confident driver and helping me to overcome all of my weaknesses. She also showed me where the test routes are and pointed out where people commonly make mistakes, so I would be thoroughly prepared on the day of my test. Thanks to Sara’s help, I was able to pass the G test on the first try.

My daughter attended Sara's KW Driving Academy this past March break. She passed her road test and I would just like to thank Sara for all her hard work. She is a very good instructor and always took time to work around my daughters schedule. Every time she would come home after a lesson she was so happy and said it was very fun to drive with Sara!!

I have had lessons with other instructors in the past, but none were able to be as effective in teaching and breaking down the steps as Sara was able to do. I credit Sara with helping me obtain my G2 on the first go! She provided me with very useful driving tips and she was very good at assessing my strengths and weaknesses in order to teach me exactly what I needed in order to improve. Not only that, but she was also quite considerate of my needs and was able to fit me by in for a late booking by referring me to another one of her instructors before my test. Her other instructor, (Soussan), was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Sara's KW Driving Academy to any new driver.
