On January 16, 2023 I hired, and paid for, Continental Driving School to complete a one-hour pre-G driving lesson and use of their vehicle for the road test. The appointment was for February 1 and they were to be at my house at 1pm. On Feb 1, I sent my son out prior to 1pm to await their arrival; when he came in the house at 1:30, I inquired what was happening and he advised they hadn't shown up; I immediately called the company to find out what was going on and determine next steps as he needed the vehicle for the drive test (I was in a meeting and had to log out to figure out what was going on). A while later, I was told that if we could get to the drive centre, they would have somebody there to meet him to use the vehicle and they'd look into it further to issue a refund. I followed up with the company and on Feb 6 was told that they understand the situation and would honour it. On February 16, I was offered a refund of $40 which I declined stating that I should be refunded more than that. On March 2, I was offered $45+tax. I still am not agreeable. I have multiple issues. They said they tried to confirm the appointment and without that, it is cancelled. If cancelled, I get a refund. However, I had pre-paid so confirmed or not, they needed to show up at 1pm. They did ask for a PHONE number, had they tried to confirm by phone, I would understand but they sent a TEXT message not knowing if the number could accept a text message; when there was no reply, they didn't try to call. At the end of the day, I had paid for them to show up at 1pm. There was no mention it needed to be confirmed (otherwise I would have provided my cell phone to confirm) or that they wouldn't arrive at the agreed upon and paid time.

As a young driver, I had completed both my G2 and G tests within the first try! The in-car driving instructor is very calm, genuine, and very flexible. He teaches you all of the essentials when it comes to becoming a sucessful and safe driver in the Kitchener, Waterloo area. I highly recommend this driving school especially for young drivers!

Overall a very good experience and worth every penny you spend on it.
The in-class sessions are very informative and useful to provide those details which we usually over look or are completely oblivious to. They are made fun unlike the boring class room environments with activities and tasks.
The in-car sessions were professional and well trained. The quality of tips and tricks thought to get a hang on defensive driving are quite good. I would definitely recommend this place.

My in-class instructor wasn't just knowledgeable but calm. He had the whole class feeling comfortable enough to ask for reiteration if needed.
He also included in-car tactics that resulted in me having a great start off during my in-car sessions.
My in-car instructor was truly the reason I passed my driving test on the first try. His motive was to teach me how to become a safe driver, which he persevered in doing so.
Thank you to this wonderful family-owned business, that genuinely cares about their students!

Continental Driving school is the best and lucky driving school. I have passed G2 and G through Syed, both in 1st attempt. I referred to 5 friends and all of them passed G2 through this trainer. We now live in Scarborough but for my wife G2 , we chose this trainer in Kitchener and she passed her G2. We are very happy with his training. His unique thing is that, he boosts the confidence while teaching driving skills. That matters a lot. Anytime, I will recommend everyone to take training from this school to get your driving license. Thanks

Both instructors inside class and on road are very professional and experienced and deal with students politely and train their students very diligently. I will really appreciate the skills and flexibility of Mr. Nayyer who gave lessons for my kids and they both passed road tests in first attempt. Congratulations on doing this awesome job for the community.

I am very happy with Continental Driving School. Her in-car instructor was professional, patient, friendly, and caring. He tried his utmost to ensure my daughter was successful. I highly recommend Continental.

I don't recommend this driving school. I had a bad expirience, when we came to Canada we were allowed to take the G test directly due to the fact that we already had a drivers licence from back home. The instructor was not interested in helping at all, more than that he kept making me feel bad about my driving. Instead of correcting my flaws, he kept telling me I should go for G2. Then, I switched schools, went to ProDrivers, took only 3 lessons and passed the G from my first try.

Passed my G test through Continental Driving School. My driving instructor, Mr. Syed was undoubtedly the most experienced, professional and helpful individual in this field. Highly recommend this institute to new drivers and students, due to its high success rate for first time test takers. Very reasonable price which includes pick and drop service.

Syed is a fantastic instructor, very patient and knowledgeable. Every driving lesson covers the routes that are commonly used for the real tests, so you will understand the layout and areas of caution before you take the test. I was picked up and dropped off at my apartment before and after each lesson. I passed my G test on the first try thanks to this school, would definitely recommend.

Great experience! I didn't think that in-class lessons could be interesting, but that was the case. The instructor taught us many practical skills, which was missed from other driving schools according to my friends' experiences. During the in-car sessions we practiced the road test multiple times, as well as went through roundabouts and to freeways. Would definitely recommend it!

Great services. I had several in-car lessons, which were very practical. The instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he knows the driving process and test inside out. Every in-car lesson involves going to a real test center in Kitchener and practicing multiple real routes that you might actually have on a test day. The school also offers a pick-up service which I value very much. I passed the G2 road test at the first attempt due to Continental Driving School.

On January 16, 2023 I hired, and paid for, Continental Driving School to complete a one-hour pre-G driving lesson and use of their vehicle for the road test. The appointment was for February 1 and they were to be at my house at 1pm. He teaches you all of the essentials when it comes to becoming a sucessful and safe driver in the Kitchener, Waterloo area. I highly recommend this driving school especially for young drivers!

Continental Driving school is the best and lucky driving school. I have passed G2 and G through Syed, both in 1st attempt. I referred to 5 friends and all of them passed G2 through this trainer. We now live in Scarborough but for my wife G2 , we chose this trainer in Kitchener and she passed her G2. We are very happy with his training. I am very happy with Continental Driving School. Her in-car instructor was professional, patient, friendly, and caring. He tried his utmost to ensure my daughter was successful. Every driving lesson covers the routes that are commonly used for the real tests, so you will understand the layout and areas of caution before you take the test. I was picked up and dropped off at my apartment before and after each lesson. I passed my G test on the first try thanks to this school, would definitely recommend.

Great experience! I didn't think that in-class lessons could be interesting, but that was the case. The instructor taught us many practical skills, which was missed from other driving schools according to my friends' experiences. During the in-car sessions we practiced the road test multiple times, as well as went through roundabouts and to freeways. Would definitely recommend it!

Great services. I had several in-car lessons, which were very practical. The instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he knows the driving process and test inside out. Every in-car lesson involves going to a real test center in Kitchener and practicing multiple real routes that you might actually have on a test day. The school also offers a pick-up service which I value very much. I passed the G2 road test at the first attempt due to Continental Driving School.
