Avoid this location at all costs. Went Monday at 1230, as an adult trying to write my g1 for the first time. No clear instruction when you enter the small, ridiculously hot space, with people lined up out the door and no help desk. After 30 mins I realized people where getting numbers from somewhere and had to ask other patrons where/how to get one. Almost 2 hours later, only 2-3 desks open the whole time and only 5 computers to write written tests at, although only 2 seemed to be in use at a time. As I'm watching people do their vision tests I notice that not once has one of the vision test stations been cleaned. NOT ONCE. Then their computers go down and I wait another hour and decide to leave as I likely won't even get to write the test before 5 at this point and I find out today that they were down for 2.5 hrs. I went back as soon as they opened this (Tuesday)morning and again people were lined up out the door, with no air conditioning inside. I take a number and wait 2 hours. I continuously have to wait outside because it's so hot inside and I am extremely claustrophobic I didn't ant to have panic attacks. When it was nearing my number I came inside and went to the bathroom then all of a sudden night hear my number called in one breathe "A116, A116 last call" I run out of the bathroom and push through sweaty people and am already told that I missed it and have to take another number, I said I have been here for three hours today, 4 hours yesterday and just came running from the bathroom, and it still says my number at this wicket at the top of the screen. And she says YOU MISSED IT TAKE ANOTHER NUMBER. Another 2 hours go by before I can finally write this stupid g1 test while a guy starts yelling and makes a scene, having police called and because of the distraction, I fail and the computer prompts me to go back to the counter. I go back and wait when suddenly one of the staff members turns to me and yells at me to "stop staring at her it won't make her go any faster". Startled I say sorry I wasn't staring at you I'm just doing what the computer told me. And no reply. I write it again and the staff member goes on lunch, no one during this time does anything with any of the completed written tests. During this time I overhear another staff member tell a young man that it was "stupid to fail the signs part of an M1" and go onto tell him how irresponsible young drivers are etc etc. I spent 4 HOURS Monday and 6 HOURS Tuesday just to write the knowledge test. and had to bring my own lysol wipes to wipe down the computers and vision test stations because they weren't cleaned once in that time. Disgusting, rude, hot, horrible... Read Less
