NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB! Put 3 other children through driver's education elsewhere and have never had the same issues that I'm having with Universal Drivers' Fraud. Six weeks ago, my younger brother attended the in-class portion of the course. The instructor was an HOUR late.. but we let it slide because we assumed this would be a 1 time thing. Boy we're we wrong.. Now for the in-car portion.. it Never happened! We gave the instructors a number of ways to contact us.. they never did! Six weeks have passed and we haven't heard from them nor are they arranging a driving portion. $450 and 6 weeks later, he is still not certified and we are growing impatient. He has done 1 hour of in-car driving (out of 10 hours). It's Very frustrating to pay $450 dollars and have to Beg for service and communication. After calling constantly and not receiving appointment dates and times for the driving portion, we decided to contact the Better Business Bureau and couldn't even find this business listed. Meaning they are not accredited. Hopefully they contact us or we can get a refund. Extremely unprofessional.. have no idea how to go about getting a refund because they don't communicate well and lie about calling me! Young drivers & parents beware!!!!!! Read Less
