I had the 4 day weekend course I'm giving a 3 star rating because of the students in my class they were nice people and i loved Ashley the receptionist. on my first day of class i was extremely tired because my daughter had the stomach flu and was up all night so i barely got any rest and accidentally fell asleep in class, the in class instructor Gord yelled at me but when another student was sleeping and fell asleep numerous times he made jokes with him??? My driving instructor Imran hes a nice person but he made a comment on the last driving lesson I had which is making me consider finding another instructor but its like whats the point I'm almost done my 10 lessons getting to know someone else and getting used to another car is pointless at this point. I went here 8 plus years ago. My experience was excellent, I got my full G license in a timely fashion. If you want to get your driver's license, look no further. My instructor Peter was great, showed me exactly what MTO was looking for on the Road Tests. In class with Gord was great and informative. Read Less

Using other peole's cars to practice parallel parking is utter crap. What happens when the student bumps the car and dents it? Do you report to the owner or do a runner? I bet you are running after backing into a BMW! Read Less

I'm not one to be impatient and condescending about people with poor English, but the instructor I was given wasn't very good at it. I held on with them hoping I'd pick up what they were saying little by little but it stayed the same. The worst part is they never for a second even thought some of my mistakes were due to poor communication. I would get blamed and yelled at when I did something wrong even though it was just me humbling myself and trying to understand them in the best way possible. Deciphering their broken English while driving hindered my performance because I would never understand what they want me to do and so I couldn't really do it properly, especially while trying to pay attention already driving. I didn't even try to get another instructor because who knows if I'd get someone worse. Also, there were multiple times where they wouldn't show up to the time we had planned. The class was also very unhelpful. Apart from the certificate you receive, the class is pretty much useless. The teacher, Gord, was condescending and wasted time talking about himself, forgetting not everyone there was a teenager. I'm not sure if its the owner, but the first time I went into the place to get some info on how they operate some guy there was very very rude. He kept cutting me off when I asked questions and was very impatient with me. I didn't think my experience there would be anything like other reviews I saw, I just thought those were just a handful of bad experiences and wouldn't happen to me. It also doesn't help the school that they keep responding to these reviews in a sketchy way. Most of the things people say here is very true. Even 2 classes into the classroom portion of the program, the reviews I saw about Gord were surprisingly true. There was even a time he had us pass along a picture of him and his friends during a story about how he got high and drunk, which someone also said in their review. The school keeps replying to these negative reviews by stating that they don't see these people in their records but being so specific it makes no sense that people could be making these up. They really need to investigate this school. Communication skills from instructors especially. Nothing against not being proficient in English but when you need to instruct someone behind a wheel on busy roads you need to let them know and understand what you need them to do. Read Less

My instructor was Ali and he taught me how to be a good driver. He was very patient, always flexible and always available when I needed him. He made me a better driver by explaining to me about keeping good observations, seeing the bigger picture at an intersection and always staying focused. Surley I'm a better driver now and I'm going to book my road test with him. Couldn't have asked for a better teacher. In class session was also good. Very entertaining and never boring. Lessons were informative. The in-class instructor Gord was very rude. Pulled my phone out to check time and got yelled at being threatened to be kicked out of class. Gord the instructor was very rude towards women saying we are bad drivers and making some inappropriate remarks. Also spent a lot of time telling irrelevant stories. Read Less

The in-class instructor, Gord, was very entertaining and informative. The driving instructor, Vic, was great. I have an anxiety disorder but his instruction kept me calm during the lessons; and his critiquing method was firm but kind. SEXIST TEACHER INCOMPETENT SCHOOL HATED IT -My sister, my girlfriend and I all took this course -All of us had the incompetent Gord as our in-class instructor -Teacher speeds through lessons... -Spends extra time in class watching irrelevant YouTube videos -Extremely poor customer service and respect -Often tangents in classes to make awful remarks about women. I can speak for my family and other female students, and say they did not enjoy the experience -Receptionists were very incompetent and rude as well -Misplaced my documents and forgot to give me forms -Had to go through 5 different in-car driving instructors before I found one that was competent. -One instructor had me wait outside his house for 20 minutes then drive his wife to work, without compensating my time -Another instructor did not answer me for a week, and when I complained he phoned me and swore at me -My fifth instructor I decided to just settle with. Avoid at all costs. 5 minutes before the road test, instructor tells me that unless I pay him $100 (not the $75 he is supposed to charge), he wouldn't let me use his car. I refused and he took off. I lost the money for the road test, and had to take an Uber home. Worst day I had in months. Read Less
