In class presentations were decent, although a massive portion of the lectures were ripped straight off YouTube. The actual driving instructor that I had was horrible. It was my first time ever driving a car and the instructor spent 40 minutes of the lesson talking on the phone. This school also takes students through the route of the actual G2 test in Oshawa. I started the in class in September finished the in class October 1st, its now February 21st and I have not been in contact with my driver instructor in over two months/ He went on a 5 week vacation and never messaged or called me back after those 5w. He would yell at me while I would be driving, make me feel like I was doing something wrong, then would act like he said or did anything wrong and would blame me. I started my G2 course with Best choice driving school in August . After my 10hrs in car I switched my instructor because I felt like he wasn't right to help me get my G2. I saw some review for RANDEEP and made a decision to trust someone else with helping me. Today I received my G2. RANDEEP is my DRIVING DOCTOR. My instructor was Rubina. She was fantastic! Always punctual, knew all her routes, explained all rules clearly. Before my test I had tried a couple of other schools but they were either not punctual or rude. Rubina was super calm and patient with me and my mistakes. Passed my test at my first attempt! A 2 star rating because the in-class instruction was decent based on my son's comments. However, trying to connect with and schedule driving lessons with my son's assigned instructor has been nothing short of brutal. Only 1 lesson of 10 completed. Poor response from the office to messages and email request. I wouldn't recommend them because of this experience. Read Less

My Instructor was Randeep. I tried other driving instructors from different school. They used to cancel my appoints same day by making excuses. Horrible experience with those instructors. Randeep saved me. I was looking for someone who can help me with G licence. He assured that I am comfortable driving even if I am alone in the car :). I have experience with instructors where they won't let go steering wheel, but Randeep is totally different instructor. So far best one in town. Please do consider him. Read Less

I would never recommend this driving school. The in-class instructor tells more "jokes" than actual driving tips. The instructors are absolutely terrible and attempt to steer the wheel while you are in the driver's seat. In addition, they also spend half the lesson talking on the phone. These people are horrible unless you belong to particular certain ethnic group. No professionalism, customer service or any idea as to how to run a business. Read Less

I had a very bad experience! Instructor was unprofessional. He would waste time that I paid for my in car lessons by stopping by his bank or other errands he had to do. Very little actual teaching done. Most of the time he is on the phone trying to call other potential clients. Would never recommend this driving school. My daughter's driving instructor, Fazal Muhammad, did the following: 1. During 2 of her 2 hour driving sessions, only drove with my daughter for 1h 40m. Took a 20 minute break at Bombay Grill in Ajax while my daughter sat in the parking lot. I have evidence, as my daughter has Life360 on her phone, and I have a record. 2. During one of her 2 hour sessions, he showed up 1h 40m before start of school, and told her he was counting that as a 2 hour session, even though he knew ahead of time that she started school at a specific time. So, to this point you can see that out of 6 hours, we've lost one hour of driving instruction. But, to make matters worse, Fazal constantly grabbed at the steering wheel so that my daughter wouldn't run over manhole covers. Fazal told my daughter the car couldn't handle those manhole covers. He did this in all three sessions, despite my daughter asking him to stop. On the fourth session, my daughter pulled over, told him she was driving home because he was grabbing the wheel and steering her around manhole covers, sometimes almost entering the oncoming lane. My driving instructor was Randeep. He is a very nice guy. He teaches you easy techniques for different parkings. For me, I didn't have any driving experience from back home, but he taught me the driving and the techniques from the scratch very elegantly and perfectly. Before i met Rubina I had a very strong phobia about driving , but now i drive as if i was driving from very long and i am no longer with any fears . DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. they are unorganized and UNRELIABLE. I took my classes and finished everything only to go to service ontario today and see that ITS NOT ON MY FILE. i had to pay 12$ to get it done only to see that its actually not done. I called the driving school only to have them treat me like im stupid. I said i wanted refund on my 12$ because it was their mistake (on service ontario's recommendation) only to have them scream at me in a heavy accent and threaten to sue me FOR 12$!!!! Read Less

We used your services now for both our sons. The first experience was positive. However the second has been ABSOLUTELY terrible and I would NEVER recommend your service to ANYONE!!! It has now been 10 days since we have heard anything from his instructor and 6 weeks since he completed his in class. In that 6 weeks he has completed 2 hrs of in car....this is UNACCEPTABLE. I was told I would be given a refund and then instead was told his instructor would be reassigned. Much good that has done he has not made any effort to give him a lesson let alone call. This business practice to me shows you have NO respect for the customer or the industry. Please note complaints have also been filed with the Ministry and BBB. My sister and I enrolled for the course late last year, but because of University we didn't end up finishing until now. The in class stuff we finished in 4 days and I was able to get lessons on the weekend, the only time I'm home, which is nice. All in all it was a good experience. I actually posted my review on quite a few sites as I was fairly satisfied with the service, especially after hearing horror stories about other driving schools from friend. As previously reviewed, I finished all the in-class stuff in 4 days and finished all my lessons within the month. Cheaper than most other schools and the driving instructors were actually available when I wanted lessons. My friends on the other hand are still waiting to get all their lessons done. Will recommend to others for sure. I agree with the poster below that some of the videos reviewed American Traffic laws, but I think 60% is a bit of a stretch I think it was mentioned once or twice in total.. anyways I was satisfied, got my lessons done quickly and passed my road test on the first try :D- Brent W. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Not the best choice for a driving school. The in class lessons consists of videos that review American traffic or highway rules - this was about 60% of the class content. The remaining lessons consisted of completing activities from a workbook that was reviewed in class and quizzes. Difficult to understand the instructors because of their deep accents. The worst part of this school is trying to get the 10 hours of driving scheduled. One would expect a novice driver to be able to to have at least 2 or 3 lessons a week but this is not the case. It was really frustrating and upsetting to be told that basically they had too many students for the very limited amount of instructors to take them on the road. Rubena sounded like a broken parrot exclaiming your that your cheque has to clear first before any instructor takes you on the road. However she never explained that if you paid cash you could start the road lessons. It is clearly evident that the school is more interested in cramming a lot of students in their run down classrooms. Especially at $350 per student.The driving instructor only provides excuses and reasons why he can not give you more than 1 lesson a week. It doesn't seem to be their priority to give you frequent practice or to enable you pass the road test by the 8 month of getting your G1. Read Less
