The course very thoroughly covers all you need to know between the in class sessions and in car lessons. I started as a fairly anxious driver, and as I went through my lessons I became more confident in my ability to handle any situation I encountered on the road and my ability to perceive risks early and manage them. The course isn’t cheap, but definitely well worth the price for peace of mind.

I had been trying to get my licence for a few years but I was very nervous about learning to drive from my friends and family. The Young Drivers program taught me everything I needed to know. Tim was a great instructor and I feel very confident now about my driving skills!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was struggling really bad with driving but Tim, my instructor was the best teacher!! Passed my test on the first go!

I really enjoyed this. I felt like I learned a lot and am a safe driver. I'm not worried about my driving skills and I feel like I am well prepared for bad decisions made by other drivers. Young driv...
I really enjoyed this. I felt like I learned a lot and am a safe driver. I'm not worried about my driving skills and I feel like I am well prepared for bad decisions made by other drivers. Young drivers is expensive but worth the money because they're the only school that teach defensive driving. If everyone took this coarse we wouldn't have to worry about collisions and cost of insurance would go way down. My driving instructor was nice and professional, he was always on time and always made me feel safe while learning.

I was an extremely nervous driver and wasn't comfortable at all with driving. My instructor Tim was so patient and understanding. He really helped me get over my fear. Would definitely recommend.

just a warning to metro Halifax do not send your young drivers to this school. had one of their instructors hit my car last week due to careless driving. IRONIC! no moronic

Very expensive, very boring, and very unhelpful. The classroom sessions were tedious, the instructor to whom I was assigned was patronizing in the extreme and their car always reeked of cigarettes. I did not return from a single lesson in good spirits and the idea of driving is now abhorrent to me. Do not subject yourself to this, it's definitely not worth it.

The course very thoroughly covers all you need to know between the in class sessions and in car lessons. Very expensive, very boring, and very unhelpful. The classroom sessions were tedious, the instructor to whom I was assigned was patronizing in the extreme and their car always reeked of cigarettes. I did not return from a single lesson in good spirits and the idea of driving is now abhorrent to me. Do not subject yourself to this, it's definitely not worth it.
