I called Arctic Defense driving well in advance of when my daughter was going to be doing her road test. The owner told me that she would need to complete 4 hours of driving so I scheduled my daughter's lessons accordingly. When it came time for her to do her driving lessons, the owner informed me that she, actually, had to do 10 hours of driving to complete the course. I thought that was really unfortunate and was pretty disappointed for my daughter that she would miss out on three hours of valuable driving time before her road test, but I just tried to accept it. The person who picked up my daughter up for class every day, was late every day and I said nothing and tried to teach her patience. The last straw, however, was when my daughter was scheduled to do her first 2 hours of driving and the driver just didn't show up. We, not only, planned our day around it, but my daughter really needed the practice! I called the company 3 times in the span of those 2 hours and finally the owner answered. Her reply to my concerns about her driver just not showing up was "I can't control everything" and "well I only have one driver." So what should have been proactive support for my daughter turned into a very stressful ordeal. My daughter is taking her test on Wednesday and we scrambling! I recommend that you avoid this "school." Read Less
