We purchased 10 lessons, and practiced with family as well. My child passed the test, so I gave 3 stars, but overall our experience was not great. My child loved to drive, but dreaded the lessons because of the way Bob talked to them. "...for the hundredth time...blah blah blah." "You need to LISTEN and focus. Your not listening.." when my child would ask for clarification on instruction he would become impatient at times. My biggest issue however, was the lack of communication/poor communication. I would call, and he would text me back. Or not. Sometimes days or weeks. Even when I asked specificily for a call to arrange a series of apts, he would text. It felt very impersonal and frustrating. The winter driving lesson I requested in January consisted of: " watch out, it's slippery here" during the lesson. After my child's final lesson the day of the driving test, he didn't care enough to even inquire if my child passed. Impersonal. Read Less
