At first I had a lot of anxiety to drive but Tim and John helped me overcome this and I obtained my License in one try at Burnaby! I had John for the majority of my lessons. He is a very patient teacher and will let you know all the things you need to work on to pass the test. He will also let you know common mistakes that many new drivers make and spots that the road test covers. Overall I always felt I would not be on the road cause of my anxiety and troubles to focus. John helped me a lot to gain the confidence to be on the road. John is well qualified and is professional and will do his best to help you become a safe and competent driver. I took one lesson with this school. They never checked to see if I had a valid license. They never told me to adjust my mirrors. I was told to turn my signal on while in an intersection to Lane change. I was told that ICBC recommends checking your mirrors every 5-8 seconds but that they didn't know how someone could possibly manage that. I wasn't impressed with this driving school. Read Less
