Excellent service and top notch instructors! I was apart of the program back in 2015/2016 and I passed on my first try. I’m still retaining the information to this day!

I find it difficult to accept that my son and his friends that took the GLP all failed on their road tests, while his other friends who took instruction with other driving schools passed. Perhaps you need to look into the instruction to see where there is room for improvement. I would recommend that the last lesson be a mock driving exam. Also, I would not have posted this publicly if someone actually were to return the email messages I have left. Read Less

Attention potential MB Driving students:Vehicle: Mercedes Benz B250Plate no. FE0 75B I was just cut off traveling South in the curb lane on Arbutus between 13th and 15th ave by a student in one of their vehicles, plastered in N and L magnets, obviously on a driving lesson. The driver signalled left to merge off the curb lane to the center then immediately merged back to the curb again to make a right hand turn all WITHOUT a signal. After having to slam on the breaks, and nearly being rear ended by the vehicle behind me, I then attempted to get the instructors attention in hopes he would pull over in recognition of the obviously blatant violation his student had just committed. Sadly no. He encouraged the student to evade my honks and flashing lights. I was later able to catch up beside them at a traffic signal, and attempted to speak to the instructor through the window, to which he responded by rolling his eyes, muttering something in a language I'm not comfortable guessing the origin of, and making some sort of hand gesture. After a phone call to the number decalled over the entire vehicle their receptionist immediately dismissed my compliant upon realizing I was not calling to book a lesson. "I'm sorry there's no one here to speak to about that." was her broken response. I feel sorry for the student who is likely going to breeze through his road test because of some inflated credential gained by this terrible operation, only to join the ranks of Vancouver's notorious terrible driving community. Thanks for jacking our ICBC rates with your impending wrap sheet of motor vehicle incidents. Shame on you Mercedes Benz Driving School. Read Less

Condescending and hostile instructors. The woman Anna is mean if you happen to BE the kind of person she has a sore wound from who knows where. She was downright mean to me when I made mistakes while learning to change lane for the first time in my life and on many other occasions too that I actually cried during the lesson. You're helping new drivers, not out to humiliate or nab their confidence on the road. Instructor Kurt is a big whiny baby who is emotionally unstable and ego-tripping and kept referring to the practice vehicle as "his car". Tagging onto a name brand but poor service if you are not a cute young teenager from a well-to-do neighbourhood. Read Less
