Last July we had service done at your Place, but it was the worst service I have ever seen, nothing was working (still not working),the car was very dirty, it must have been done by your janitor, we came back a few days later to have it cleaned and Seats adjusted just like they were before but they are still NOT working right , the air condition is still not working either fogs up the windshield and the back window on the drivers side drops down a little every time we park for a little.Read Less

Just had a lesson with Kurt and I don't get the last reviewer at all. Kurt was totally focussed on how to get me to be a better driver, as well giving me tips on how to pass the road test. He was very mellow and knew when to talk and when not too. I'm going to book another lesson with him to go over the test route. Much better than another driving instructor I had at a different company. Read Less

Condescending and hostile instructors. The woman Anna is mean if you happen to BE the kind of person she has a sore wound from who knows where. She was downright mean to me when I made mistakes while learning to change lane for the first time in my life and on many other occasions too that I actually cried during the lesson. You're helping new drivers, not out to humiliate or nab their confidence on the road. Instructor Kurt is a big whiny baby who is emotionally unstable and ego-tripping and kept referring to the practice vehicle as "his car". Tagging onto a name brand but poor service if you are not a cute young blond haired blue eyed teenager. Read Less

Condescending and hostile instructors. The woman Anna is mean if you happen to BE the kind of person she has a sore wound from who knows where. She was downright mean to me when I made mistakes while learning to change lane for the first time in my life and on many other occasions too that I actually cried during the lesson. You're helping new drivers, not out to humiliate or nab their confidence on the road. Instructor Kurt is a big whiny baby who is emotionally unstable and ego-tripping and kept referring to the practice vehicle as "his car". Great @ selling cars, but unable to reliably service them: a service appointment means nothing as you can drop your car off and then based on overbooking it can take them a week to actually look at it... Read More
Great @ selling cars, but unable to reliably service them: a service appointment means nothing as you can drop your car off and then based on overbooking it can take them a week to actually look at it....After having my vehicle for a week, it was picked up only to discover that it hadn't been fixed properly. They were so busy that they couldn't get me back in for five days and after dropping off the vehicle at that time, it has now been sitting for two days without anyone touching it because... Read Less

I highly recommend Mr. Maurice Beasant for buying your new Mercedes-Benz.My experience with Maurice was great, he spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions; he explained everything in great detail.He also put in lots of extra effort to make sure that my leasing application had been approved.I’m a completely satisfied customer and I wish that every car dealer would work so hard to save your money and to make sure that you are satisfied with your new car!Thank y Read Less

Today I dropped my car off for a minor service. I received a call at 12:45pm saying my car will be ready 1:45. When I arrived and after I payed the bill, I was informed that the car isn't washed yet! ... Read More
Today I dropped my car off for a minor service. I received a call at 12:45pm saying my car will be ready 1:45. When I arrived and after I payed the bill, I was informed that the car isn't washed yet! And it takes another 30 mins!! Needless to say that nobody informed me of this before 1:55 at the service center, right at the moment that I was waiting for the car keys. Total mess.After 45 minutes I approched the clerck and asked if my car is ready, she went back and brought me the keys, telling me that they have hanged my keys some place and didn't bring it to the front desk for some unknown reason, so if I hadn't asked, I would have been sitting and waiting there even more!I got to my car, only to find out that the car hasn't been cleaned thoroughly, dog hair and dirt everywhere, stains allover doors and windows! :( disastrous.I didn' t have more time to waste today, I informed them of their poor level of service, and left the place.My car acted funny on my way home! I had to pull over and check, Hopefully it's nothing, I really prefer not to go back to the dealership again today! Read Less

Just had a lesson with Kurt and I don't get the last reviewer at all. Kurt was totally focussed on how to get me to be a better driver, as well giving me tips on how to pass the road test. Today I dropped my car off for a minor service. I received a call at 12:45pm saying my car will be ready 1:45. When I arrived and after I payed the bill, I was informed that the car isn't washed yet! And it takes another 30 mins!! Needless to say that nobody informed me of this before 1:55 at the service center, right at the moment that I was waiting for the car keys.
