I tried teaching my son to drive. He failed. I then ordered 10 lessons from Duda for my son. Her prices are exceedingly reasonable. Most importantly was the improvement I saw in my son's driving. His road sense, fine maneuver control, confidence, and test basics all improved massively. He is now an N driver and I have peace of mind when he takes the car. My daughter will also learn with Duda. First of all, I would like to say Mint Driving is an awesome driving school. The driving instructor taught me not only driving, but also the way of thinking.I was quite new in this area and had 0 experience before. Before having classes with Mint driving's instructor, I had two instructors from other driving school. The whole experience was like an eternity. After more than 30 hours lessons, I failed 4 times, and every time was worse than last time. I felt OK when I was with the instructor, because I just do what they told me to do and without thinking, sometimes they chat too much on the topics not related to driving and even eating during the lessons. Those bad experiences pushed me to find a really professional and good driving school. With friend's recommendation, I started to learn driving with Mint Driving's instructor. She is an amazing teacher, really smart and professional, she taught me in a totally different way. I called it as "independent thinking", she pushed me to talk a lot to myself and let me judge my performance. That worked, I started to think out of the box, assuming nobody sit beside me. That is what a new driver really needs. Also she is very patient, we usually have couple of minute's questions to discuss before and after driving, even sometimes I have questions in the middle of the class, we pulled over and talk about it very seriously and leave more time to practice the problems I had. Now I got my "N" license and started a new journey. Thanks Mint, I felt very confident and safe when driving. I had a lesson because on changing international to BC driver's license. She knew that we have to go though all differences between Canadian and European rules. Dudda is the best driving instructor around. Not only is she very hands on with her teaching, she also explains the reasoning behind every lesson and takes time to make sure you understand it. She instills confidence in you as a learner to be able to trust yourself and your decisions. She's easy going and is able to put you at ease which is very important.
