My son had 4 lessons with Valley, 3 with Brad and one with Vesna. Both were exceptional at teaching him the skills he needed to become a confidant driver and pass on his first go. We were thrilled at his progress, with the service at Valley, and the quality of these instructors. We hope to repeat this experience with our younger two kids in the next few years. My experience overall with Valley Driving School was good. My instructor (Frank) was fantastic, taught me everything in a very easy manner to learn quickly. Frank was very easy to talk to in the truck even if you had random question, he new the answer. He cared about me right to test day making sure I texted him to let him know whether I passed or not. I have now had 2 children go through the graduated licencing program and I can't say enough about the wonderful people there. The first son has been driving for 5 years now and has not had a single accident and this includes inclement weather he navigates. I purchased a one of the driving packages for 645 dollars. Thinking that this was going to be a professional and trust worthy driving school. The day after my first lesson ,( which was perfect,great driving teachers, love the energy ) I called in for them to book my test. The receptionist at the front desk told me it was booked. Later on i received a confirmation email for my road test being on the 28th of  august. Well 2 lessons away  from the road test my phone rings the lady  at the front desk called to tell me that my road test had been cancelled ... I couldn't believe my ears. I freaked out and asked her why she  insisted that it was from an icbc ticket.So i called icbc right away ( their head office in Victoria ) I was crying on the phone . the women at icbc was so kind and told me that there was no ticket and there was NO ROAD TEST BOOKED!  she told me even if it was cancelled it would have showed up on her screen. SO i called back valley driving school who once again told me. Nope its your fault we had to cancel it. I phoned icbc back and they told me to drive down to the driving school because there was no record of any test. Once i got the building the manager rebecca came out and tried to make it seem like it was a fault on both ends.  Clearly it was not I had emails from the driving school confirming the test date they booked. As a compensation i got 1 free lesson , THATS 60 BUCKS.... i was livid and they tried to brush it off like it was nothing, saying it was a misunderstanding .. they thought i booked it.. ( My road test was 2 days away people ) i just waisted all those lessons and the next available date was october 23rd.  later on in the month i had a lesson with a wonderful instructor who informed me she was very sorry that it happened to me and it had happened to about 5!!! of her other students. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW ME OVER AND LIE BUT THEY KNEW THEY WERE FUCKED UP AND DIDNT OWN UP. how can you call yourself a professional company and then not take full responsibility when someone doesn't even book 6 kids road tests. Honestly go to the one in Langley, the instructors are great but the company in Abbotsford is a joke. Read Less

Last year I had a bit of a health scare. So this year I decided to get a couple things done that I have always wanted to do in my life. One of those things was to get my motorcycle drivers license. After asking around at my work, a coworker recommend Valley Driving School.A few quick calls later and I was booked for my classroom seasons, motorcycle skills training and test, as well was my ICBC road test. Because it had been a few years since my original driving test, a thorough review of the rules of the road was very helpful.  The classroom session delivered on that. Ross kept the information relevant and entertaining. The motorcycle skills training was next. Terry was very patient with myself as well as all the other students. Our entire class passed even though we all started at very different skill levels. The 10 hours of supervised riding in traffic was next. Frank was the instructor for this. Having Frank work with us made this an incredible experience. He shared so much information with us  on so many levels. He helped prepare us for the ICBC test but also shared real practical motorcycle experience. Today I passed my motorcycle road test with ICBC without any issues at all. I hated absolutely everything. I telephoned their business and the lady on the phone seemed like she was in a rush and not willing to speak to me. I went in to the office to ask for more information and a lady handed me a pamphlet and a bunch of papers to sign. No one gave me clear information on anything. I felt like I was just another client who wants lessons. I felt unwanted by staff, and no one was friendly and willing to help. NEVER going back again! Read Less
