I went through another school with two friends after we took the training at the edge. At first I thought I was the problem as my instructor pointed out. I wasn’t ready to test and should take more training. Frustrated, and especially so after reading the owners responses to other legitimate concerns, I had to write a review.
The second school offered after course training and free use of bikes including riding gear which I didn’t have at edge. They also had 12 students on course and all got on road or actual street training which none of us got at the edge training. What a joke. Other courses actually followed up with us until we passed the class 6. This school just worked against us.
The male instructor at the edge was pretty good but the lady owner was a complete mess. Unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Save your money and go to TNT or CTECH. Learn to ride on actual roads vs a flea market parking lot. The flea market lot should have been a give away.
Where there is smoke there is fire. There’s a reason this school gets bad ratings so often and other are doing so well. Read Less

The Edge operates an extremely professional business and takes on the responsibility seriously of ensuring their students are safe and ready for the road.
Trina and Dave’s style/method of teaching complemented each other as they thought the same techniques, but how they communicated/demonstrated differently the feedback helped students grasp the skills more easily. These instructors have the ability to educate, demonstrate and transfer to the students the skills necessary to ride a motorcycle with confidence and in a safe manner. You guys were amazing!! THANK YOU.
The Edge was very generous in accommodating at no charge more practice time as my husband and I travelled close to 2 hours for the course and it was not feasible for us to come to the free available daily noon practice time.
The continuous feedback, repetition and demonstration was very important to correct any incorrect habits from developing. Trina & Dave emphasized the importance of learning the right methods in a controlled environment to develop confident, be safe and enjoy motorcycling on the road. When I read through The Edge’s website at first I was disappointed that there would be no road practice, but after the 2 days I was glad we didn’t, I realized safety for the students and other people using the road is of utmost important to The Edge. The Edge wants to ensure their students receive effective instruction and are able to demonstrate the skills being taught for everyone’s safety.
I went from not knowing how to ride a motorcycle May 11, 2017 to being confident in riding and knowing that when I hit the road I will have the necessary skills for the safety of myself and others and enjoy the ride. Passed my class 6 road test the first time on June 1, 2017. Our Insurance provider the cooperators value this course; I went from a non-experienced rider to 3 years’ experience rider from taking the course. Insurance could have been $2200.00 but with The Edge course was $1100.00.
I would recommend The Edge’s course to both new riders and for those who want to boost their skills, what I learnt in 2 days would have taken me years of riding to learn and that could have been very scary, stressful and dangerous to myself and other motorist. It also sharpened my motorist skills.
Thank you, I appreciate the generous accommodating riding time and the feedback The Edge offered to ensure my success and safety. Read Less

I arrived at the course with the attitude that I knew how to ride a bike, but that I was probably missing some valuable skills, especially how to handle a bike at low speeds.
Not only did they teach me how to handle a bike slowly, but also showed me where I was wrong on smaller details, like foot position on the pegs.
Finished the course last Thursday and got my license this Wednesday using their test bike.
I would highly recommend this course for beginners, but even more for experienced riders. You dont realize how many bad habits you have until someone points them out, and how to correct them.
Big thumbs up to Edge Motorcycle Training!!! Read Less

I strongly recommend this course to people who want a hands-on approach ....they were very friendly and helpful.....so don't be shy give Edge a call...you won't regret it.
