I was looking for a reputable and responsible driving lesson company with experience teaching young people, for my teenage nephew. I read the reviews for Arrow Driving School and spoke to the person. I decided to go with this company for my nephew's driving lessons. I paid in advance for his lessons as I wanted to make all the arrangements ahead. I later found out that my nephew was being asked who was paying for his lessons as I had not paid. I'm very disappointed with this service. As a professional company they should keep track of payments. It made my nephew feel uncomfortable and it's NOT OK. The next day I called to clarify the issue and the person who oversees the arrangement apologized and said would talk to the instructor. I appreciated his response but I still think information needs to run clear so all are in the same page. Read Less
