I am in my mid 30’s and have done driving school before to no avail. My in car instructor Sam was excellent. He was aware i had driving anxiety and issues parking and was very calm and had many techniques to assist me. After my 10 hours in car I passed my road test first try with only a 20 point deduction. Great experience working with the driver instructor and communicating with the office. Driver was flexible and willing to work with my schedule. We was clear and easy to understand in his direction. My instructor (Dip) was consistent late picking me for 10-15minutes. She was eating in the car while I was driving. After that she goes to the washroom at Tim Hortons. It was incredibly u professional.For this reasons, I will not recommend this driving school. Read Less

I registered at ONS Driving Course for 10 hour driving and 15hours online last July 2017. It was terrible. My lady instructor was very unprofessional. She usually go to Tim Hortons during our lesson to buy her coffee/snack.I failed my Road test thrice. Lastly, She never help me to get my GDL licensed. Once you finished the hours, you are done. Inder was an awesome instructor, she kept verbally saying things I should be looking out for and thinking about while driving which really helped develop my internal thought process behind the wheel. MR GURJOT PAL SINGH was a great instructor, DEFINITELY A 5 STAR INSTRUCTOR, he knew all the details related to driving and testing and helped me prepare for what was coming up during the test. I was even very stressed at first and felt I needed more sessions to prepare, but he was honest and told me that I was ready instead of charging for more hours. He has a clam and relaxed manner. I had taken the road test once before, back in April. Despite being a good driver, I failed it with 144 points taken off. So when I started my course a few weeks ago, I was terrified. I honestly believe that I wouldn't have passed the road test today had it not been for Baiju. He was patient, kind, and never ridiculed or spoke down to me if I made a mistake or forgot to do something. He also made sure to encourage me whenever I voiced concerns about my skill level or how I was doing, and helped me be a little bit braver when it comes to navigating the road. Today I passed the road test with only twenty points taken off (a bad first attempt at a parallel park, and forgetting to shoulder check during a right hand turn). I never thought I would pass my driving exam but with the help of Kuljot, I did it! He was a great driving instructor. He knew exactly what the driving examiners were looking for during the test which made everything easier. He was very polite and respectful, but also easy to communicate with. Nadasha accurately assessed my instructional needs: I am an experienced driver, but my experience is decades old--so I was in need of a fairly intensive "refresher" course. She booked me for two hours of instruction to be followed by my driving test (using the ONS car). My instructor, Gurjot, arrived at my home nicely in advance of our scheduled start time. Polite, congenial. He quickly assessed my particular needs: I know how to operate a car, and I know the rules of the roa...d, but I've lost over time my good driving habits. He had a good sense of the area where my test would likely take place and took me through those streets. All the while, he gave me tips about how to handle the test successfully. Parallel parking instructions were precise and clear. I passed the test. Yes, I made some mistakes--but you can't reacquire good driving habits in the space of 2 hours, right?
