Literally the worst experience at a drivers school ever. Had an in class teacher who used racial stereotypes and only cared to talk to or answer questions for the white people in our class and treated everyone else poorly. Secondly, they have the worst communication system ever. Their online schedule is not explained properly which I wouldn’t mind had I not been forced to call just to confirm my registration for the class because I received no call (which you’re supposed to get as stated by the woman who answered the phone) to tell me what days to come in and take the classes. I was forced to call again to confirm what day I needed to come in again and after explaining the same situation to the woman who had answered the phone at my initial call I was told to come for my second class. I drove from the north (almost St. Albert area) to their school in the south end for the SAME woman to tell me that’ I did not have drivers training at all that day and that I needed to go and come back next week. She countinued to further belittle me saying she had never spoken to me and I should have called and confirmed. If you want quality lessons and helpful staff I do not recommend going to this place. You really do pay for quality so it’s understandable why their prices are so low.

Navdeep was a great teacher, got me to pass my test very first try. Great at making conversation and making you feel comfortable and not so nervous while driving. Had little to no driving experience, when I did my test I was told that i was great at driving all thanks to Navdeep. Would 11/10 recommend this place to anybody looking to learn to drive right and legally

The driving test examiner actually told me excellent driving and that i deserved a license. This is all thanks to City driving school. I took their 15 hour online class and 10 hour on road training. I would recommend the 15 hour online classroom only to busy individuals. Rest pleasr go to the weekend classroom since that will be more interactive. The online classroom was super informative and honestly at times boring. But hold on to the info, a lot of things were very new to me. The 10 hour driving with the instructor is were things get real and is honestly worth every penny. The instructor was courteous and friendly and at the same time very strict on me developing good driving habits. This is what helped me pass the advanced class 5 test. The money you pay is worth every penny. Go for it.

After completing and passing my road test today I can safely say that taking this driving course is was well worth it. Taking the first part of the course online was a great way to do the sections when I had the time and I could go back and complete and review the sections as I pleased. The practical aspect of the course is an absolute must before taking your final road test. My instructor was calm, kind, easy to understand and was very helpful in instructing me on how to applying the rules of the road. A minor inconvenience that I had was when I tried to arrange a driving instructor to instruct me. After completing my online course I called in to schedule a date to start the practical section but did not get a result until the 4th phone call to them. In the end I got an amazing instructor and a lot more knowledge about driving then I had before. Well worth the wait.

I am glad I went with City Driving for my driving lessons. I never had any experience with driving and I was so happy and relieved I passed my road test at first attempt. I would strongly recommend City Driving School to everyone. My instructor Navdeep was very knowledgeable and patient with me and always was on time for the lessons. He also was very kind and helpful when it came to him giving very important tips and information before my road test which helped me complete it on my first attempt. I had a great time with them and they are very professional.

Navdeep was awesome! Always on time for training and was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Had very good tips, will help you with everything you need to know for the exam and is very easy to talk to! City Driving school is excellent, I took the online program and passed my road test in first attempt. Navdeep is a great instructor, polite and very patient. He made sure to explain all the rules of road, road signs and everything required for a new driver to drive with confidence. I would definitely recommend City Driving school for new drivers!

I had a great experience at the City Driving School. I would strongly recommend every one who really wants to understand all about driving in Canada. The fee for driving lessons is very low, but the training is the best by all standards. And you will get three times the worth of money from the very professional and effective instructors at City Driving School. Especially my instructor David. He is the road test specialist and doctor to pass your class five road test at very first attempt. Most importantly, he is very patient and eager to explain everything you don't understand.
It does not matter whether you have driven before or not. He will teach you to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills to pass at one shot guaranteed. Thank you very much David!

Went here for the in class lessons, the class was essentially a gong show. It was kindergarten 2.0, a class on how to not be stupid pretty much. I'm not going to mention the instructors name, just to protect his identity, but it didn't seem like he knew what he kept talking about and kept beating around the bush. We couldn't ask him any questions because he'll spend 30 minutes answering it and eat away our class time. For instance, he made every person say a number between 1-99 and such, obviously a waste of time and half the second class was just videos. He even came late on both days and expected us to be early how contradicting is that? I put in so much money just to take a how to not be stupid course and did not learn anything new. Despite me not paying attention on class, exam was pretty easy to pass.

Cant praise the guy more. Absolutely brilliant teacher with a lot of experience. East Indian Scam? One of the cheaper locations for driving schools in the city. Unprofessional instructor, had me run errands for him and take him to see his daughter as I waited in the car during lessons. Was late on several occasions picking me up for lessons and tried to end them early. Threatened to fail me if I did not give him a good review to his boss (the owner). Instruction classes on the weekends are held on broken folding tables and you are crammed like sardines in what looks like a partially converted autobody shop. You get what you pay for with this company: no frills and bare bones. Passed and will only recommend to the truly frugal.

take your business elsewhere; not only do they write their own reviews online but they are only interested in your money.I enrolled here took the in-room class but have not been able to schedule a road class, I get varied excuses plus whenever I book to have a class they cancel out of no where for the most ridiculous reasons.Take your money and put it in a blender is probably better than enrolling here.

Literally the worst experience at a drivers school ever. Had an in class teacher who used racial stereotypes and only cared to talk to or answer questions for the white people in our class and treated everyone else poorly. Secondly, they have the worst communication system ever. Their online schedule is not explained properly which I wouldn’t mind had I not been forced to call just to confirm my registration for the class because I received no call (which you’re supposed to get as stated by the woman who answered the phone) to tell me what days to come in and take the classes. After completing and passing my road test today I can safely say that taking this driving course is was well worth it. Taking the first part of the course online was a great way to do the sections when I had the time and I could go back and complete and review the sections as I pleased. The practical aspect of the course is an absolute must before taking your final road test. City Driving school is excellent, I took the online program and passed my road test in first attempt. Navdeep is a great instructor, polite and very patient. He made sure to explain all the rules of road, road signs and everything required for a new driver to drive with confidence. I would definitely recommend City Driving school for new drivers!

I had a great experience at the City Driving School. I would strongly recommend every one who really wants to understand all about driving in Canada. The fee for driving lessons is very low, but the training is the best by all standards. Went here for the in class lessons, the class was essentially a gong show. It was kindergarten 2.0, a class on how to not be stupid pretty much. I'm not going to mention the instructors name, just to protect his identity, but it didn't seem like he knew what he kept talking about and kept beating around the bush. Cant praise the guy more. Absolutely brilliant teacher with a lot of experience. Had a very good experience and helped me a lot during my learning phase and to gain that confidence which everyone needs before that crucial driving test.
