I found the in class study to be up to par in terms of important information taught by both "G" and "R". However, the "in truck" portion of the training taught by "L" was not only unprofessional, he was very impatient, frustrated and downright abusive. "L" not only spent a majority of his teaching time yelling at the top of his voice, he actually smashed the driver's side mirror with his hand out of frustration. Even though I was paying top dollar for this mistreatment, he then refused to even talk to me after I requested I be taught by another instructor. This in my book is not only UNPROFESSIONAL, it's unethical and immoral.
It was learned later though that the driving instructors are not given a
any brakes from 8 am to 8 pm, which I believe to be a contributing factor to this man's frustration. In my book this is not only a safety issue, it's just not right.
