I am very pleased i took road training at New Drivers of Alberta. Great experience. I took call room and 12 hour of road training. My instructor was on time all the time. I was picked up from home at no extra cost. Class room & in car instructors were great and very helpful. I pass my road test on my first try. I used the driving school car for my test. My instructor picked me up from home for my road test and dropped me home after the test. I recommend all my friend to take training from New Drivers of Alberta Read Less

I took a a driver training with New Drivers of Alberta. All my class rooms sessions were great and finished in one weekend. Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Class rooms were great help. I took 12 hours of drivers training and the in car instructor was very good and on time for every session. Nice 2014 Toyota Prices for Training. Car is very clean and still smells like new. I was allowed to use the same car for my test at no extra cost. I would suggest all my friends to take training from New Drivers of Alberta they are located in Ranchlands Read Less

Absolutely terrible. The driving instructor was extremely rude, and was consistently giving me attitude. Not to mention the lack of basic English grammar skills. This is not how you treat someone who is just learning to drive. Save your money and go to Derek Brown's (where my brother went). Its about the same price but infinitely better in quality. Read Less

I took some brush up courses at New Drivers of Alberta to get some training to pass my road test. There driving instructor was very good and knowledgeable. They helped me lot . After taking 4 hours of training i went for my road test and pass the first time. I recommend New Drivers of Alberta to every one. Read Less

ABSOLUTELY WORST DRIVING SCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!! Will never answer the phone, impossible to schedule driving lessons that IVE ALREADY PAID for because they constantly ignore you! I'm honestly considering suing this terrible company. The in class lessons are useless and I learned nothing. The in car instructor is a complete asshole and fails to teach you anything. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. They state their hours are Monday-Friday 1pm to 6pm and I've called them DURING BUSINESS HOURS probably 50 times in the past two weeks but NEVER ONCE DID ANYONE PICK UP. Frustrated, I went to their location in ranchlands hoping to schedule the lessons I've paid for but NOPE, THEYRE NOT EVEN OPEN EVEN THOUGH THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS THEY SHOULD BE. I never imagined myself rating someone this bad and I hate being rude, but THIS. I registered for this class last October and now 5 months later I'm finally waiting for my certificate to come out because they kept booking my last session on days I cannot make which I told them about numerous times. They even cancelled a session on short notice and made me wait for another few weeks - they determine the days at their convenience and doesn't give a crap about the service which I paid to receive. On top of that, I finished the first session months ago but they kept calling me and insisted that I didn't take it without even checking the attendance sheets properly, even when I asserted every time that I took it in October. They're so rude too. When they called me about the session I already took, I told them which month I took it and after checking the attendance sheet, the person just said "oh you took it" and hung up without allowing me a second to say anything. There is a reason why AMA is more expensive. It's because they're actually professional and responsible. If I had known I wouldn't have hesitated a second to register at AMA instead. The in-car lessons were helpful I can say, but other than that everything else was not worth a single penny I spent. And now I'm guessing it's going to be another few weeks or maybe months waiting for my certificate to come out since it's been a week already when they said it'd only take a couple of days... -------------------------- Yup, still waiting for the certificate 3 weeks later.. Worst driving school ever. Big scam! They take your money, give lessons to more than one student in the car, tell you your doing great until the last lesson when they tell you that they can't give you your drivers training certificate (even though you passed) because you need additional lessons for a further $120. This has to be illegal. My advice don't go with these bad seeds that operate like  they are from a corrupt third world. Rating is a big fat Zero!! Read Less
