I like the way Bill trained me. He is really keen on training new drivers. He won't let you go until you do it enough as to be confident that you pass the test in the first time. Wrost place ever. Can't believe he calls himself an instructor. Called to have payment completed on jan.25th, asked for receipt and online course site be sent to my email, confirmed my e-mail with him double times on the phone and he failed to email me. Tried the next day sending him a text message with the email address written on and called him on a business day at 11am but his phone was turned off. 7 hours later, still no email so called him and he said that he got my mess...age but now he asks to send him an email from my account. Frustrated and confused at how many times i have to try to recieve one email and how stupid does he have to be to send me an email to the correct email address i did as he asked for, and still no email. I call him again and he tells me that he will email me after dinner. I understand that dinner is important, but seeing how frustrated i am and the numerous attempts shown by me, he could have at least shown the decency to send me one simple email before dinner. I never did try the driving lessons so i dont know what kind of instructor he is, but from this process of sending me one god damn e-mail, he seems irresponsible, not suit for teaching, lazy, and can not properly communicate with people. I am very delighted with Jonas Driving School, they teach you in professional manner and they work with you schedule what ever time that would work for you they try to make it up to you. Bill was my knowledge and road instructor, he give you professional advices from his experience for many years as a Truck-trailer driver and instructor. He well prepared me for my air brake knowledge test and my class 1 road test I passed all in first time my class 1 test. That doesn't mean you don't have to study you still gotta put your effort. tbh it is the cheapest driving school I seen in Alberta it was worth my time and money for me to drive from Edmonton to get the course. thumbs up for Jonas driving school.
