I ordered what I thought was the online training and in car training. Was told that someone would call me to confirm my course within 24 hrs. The receipt didn't show that I purchased online so I thought for sure either I made an error or the website was wrong. So I waited and no one called, so I called...Well the guy I got was extremely rude. He kept cutting me off than kept saying "you listen to me Ma'am" and "well not our fault you couldn't figure the website out". I found the way he treated me, a client who just paid $700 very rudely without trying to properly explain how the ordering works. I asked for a refund as I got a bad vibe, he said he'd call me back and he didn't. I emailed and and she'd for refund the reply i got was "sorry you couldn't figure out how to enrol properly". Fernando is very accusatory and rude, he could have handled the situation much better. Now my refund won't go thru for 30 days as its their payment gateway is paypal. Meaning I can't do my courses until that's refunded. I asked Fernando to send receipt confirmation that it was refunded and he sent it with a reply again "sorry you couldn't figure out how to use our enrollment form" they also took a processing fee if $19. Very poor customer servic experience. I wouldn't trust them teaching me. He treated me as if it was my mistake and not properly explaining it to me. Like it was all my fault that I couldn't use his system. Fernando made me feel dumb... I can't imagine how he would make me feel if I made a mistake in the car training. I was worried about the quality because the price is so much more affordable compared to other schools, but I had GREAT both the in-class and driving lessons. I was a frighten new driver, so my instructor, John, helped me to build confidence and I spent a lot of hours on practicing driving outside of the lessons to get rid of my fear. I passed my drivers test recently (and might I say, quite well) I also just wanted to thank you and John for the amazing patience you guys had. Thank you for fitting around my crazy schedule and what not. Also thank you to John who has given me confidence in my driving, when it had greatly suffered before, what a great instructor, so patient and kind! Learning how to drive has been an overwhelming experience especially in this busy Calgary neighborhood. Having someone who patiently understand your journey is something that makes IFTS--- amazing! Apart from learning and cultivating my mind with the driving laws, and being proactive, it is also of great value how Fernando was able to give flexible hours of training and knowing you'll drive home worry-free at the end of your day.
