I had the worst experience ever with these guys. The professional part of it was so shady, trust me you will end up paying more than you budgeted for. I took my first 4 classes and was not taught PP and when i had to take my last class, this guy cancelled twice and finally sent some other guy to come teach me. This guy taught me PP on my last class and told me i had to pay $100 for an extra class because i don't know PP yet. I was so furious and i told him they only taught me today so i need practice which i can do at home and not lessons. I went ahead i practiced at home and I passed my road test, I called this guy, saying: I have passed my road test, I have finished my classes i need my certificate. He said no, i still needed to take one class before he gives me the certificate. WTF!! So i desperately needed it for my insurance i decided to pay. We booked another class and this guy didn't show up, i was there for 45mins. I called and texted and he didn't pick up and he later on called me just to say i'll call you back, which he didn't. I called him the next day on several occasions and he finally picked, he refused to give me a discount after wasting my time and he booked for another class. I showed up and it was this new tutor( this new tutor does not work in this driving school or any other) and he said i had to pay him cash, what the hell?? you need to go take out the money from an ATM because i only take cash and he was ready to leave if i had no cash, all these without prior notice, how was I supposed to know given that i paid the first time using my card. F***k I was so pissed off but i needed my certificate. It was so scary they had no office, i didn't see the guy who I paid to initially. We drove for about 1hr and he said you are good. I had to go pick up my certificate after. In a nutshell, if you are here do yourself a favor and look for another driving school. Read Less

My experience with A1 Advance driving School was extremely good and I highly recommend this school to others. My instructor Kamal Gill is a really good teacher. He is patient, calm and punctual. I passed my road test in first attempt. I recommended this school to my friends and they also passed their road test in first attempt too. This driving School and its instructor is awesome so whoever is looking for driving school, they should prefer this school over others because it is the best driving school in Calgary.Read Less
